Promised I would leave feedback for a lovely member of staff named Stephanie but was struggling to find anywhere else to leave it. Hopefully she gets the praise she deserves - professional, polite and also very, VERY helpful! Thank you!

Brilliant store, fantastic staff that make me think twice about shopping at the German supermarkets. Asked a lovely member of staff near the bread if it was possible to have the freshest loaves for an afternoon tea, she went straight in the back and brought them out with a smile, she is an absolute credit to Tesco.

Easy to shop, either in person or "click and collect". A wide range of products are stocked and staff were helpful when trying to locate a seldom bought item. Prices seem to have stabilised- at least I hope so.

Shout out to Carol at the checkout this afternoon- had a sizeable shop, was not feeling great- what a superstar she is. Patient and kindly did most of my packing and helped me get the trolley loaded. Really appreciated her kindness and consideration.

I've always found this store an excellent place to shop, particularly because the staff are so helpful and friendly. Then just before Christmas, my elderly father had an accident in the car park and I was totally bowled over by how efficiently the team dealt with the situation and with such kindness and compassion. Absolutely brilliant customer service!

As I was looking for a fan heater for my mother in law while we were on holiday at Pine Lake, I asked if there were any available. I was helped by the gentleman looking, then checking the storeroom, then checking online. He then pointed me to a local store that might have them nearby and then insisted on ringing to make sure. They had, I got one , problem sorted!! Above and beyond helpful! Thank you so much!!

In tricky times their staff were great our click and collect order was ready and waiting, they packed it into the boot for us so we could stay 2m apart and we had 3 minor substitutes in our order at a time when we know they are under a lot of pressure in store. The staff were friendly and chatty which was lovely thanks for the great service.

Big Store Always Well Stocked Friendly Helpful Staff

It's a big supermarket with reasonably cheap price and sufficient variety of products. The staff are also nice and helpful.

The do the best chicken Caesar wraps/meal deals I have ever seen would 100% would recommend

It is what it is, it's local and convenient plenty of parking.

I went to carnforth with my hubby this morning. This was his second trip out since finishing cancer treatment so is very fragile. The staff helped me take the motorised trolley to him and frequently asked if we needed help on our way round . I am overwhelmed by their caring compassion. Thank you so much to the lady who manoevred the trolley to us and back into store. Hopefully we wont need this service for long but if we do you have made me confident enough to do this again. I hope the staff get to read this small token if our appreciation

Excellent customer service by a lady on the counters department. My son loves sheep cheese, the lady showed us to the one available and the asked the young chap behind the counter to cut a piece to size. Thankyou so much for you assistance and sorry I didn't get your name x
