Excellent variety of all foods. At reasonable prices. Well stocked.

Decent food at great prices. I know what I want and need and to to Heron for those things. People on a weekly shop will do fine here. It's bargain prices but a lot on offer is short lived in terms of sell by date and availability. Heron can have one thing one week and you'll never see it again. This is a bonus to me and we always get new things to try. They do have their own items which you can get all the time but if you're on a budget Heron is the place to go, especially in today's trying time.

We visit this store at least one every week. I shouldn't say this but their x- brand of good is fantastic especially the scampi we buy at least 4 bags WHEN they have them in ...We even travel around to 4 different store looking for them Please buy more in...

This is literally one of the best supermarkets I've ever been to. Even though theres not as much choice as some of the massive ones like Aldi for example, I'll always come here for my shopping instead because the friendliness and atmosphere of the shop makes me want to take my business here! :)

Staff are great here. The manager and another member of staff helped me pack my heavy shopping and carry it to the car. Really appreciated their help and friendliness. They didn't know I am disabled and my left elbow doesn't work as you can't see it when I have a coat on. My son was waiting in the car but he couldn't come into the shop as he is sheilding, so he can drive me there and back but can't go in the shop hence why I was doing the shopping. On hindsight I should have used a trolley which I will do next time. Once again thankyou to the staff who helped me.

A bright and pleasant addition to Prudhoe's high street. Stocks a number of basics and mostly at budget prices. Some very good offers to be had if you don't mind a short use-by period. Friendly staff. :)

Great selection of quality food and other products at very competitive prices. Well laid out store with nice staff. Easily accessible on Prudhoe's main street and long opening hours.

Shopped there today, all shelves and freezers are well stocked and full, no panic buying, everyone taking notice of the rules about mask wearing and 2 meters apart, shop assistants always a smile and very helpful. Well worth a visit
