Being to the shop yesterday and found the staff polite, friendly and helpful. Good variety of items and the shop looks clean and tidy. Will be using the shop for my day today groceries.

Poor customer service, abusive workers. I went in there today to help someone find something where i waoted at the front of the shop when the cashier started to threaten me.

Not recommended as a Hermes/Evri drop off. Customer service is poor, unwelcoming and rude. The device that scans the parcel is temperamental (I've dropped off three parcels) so assistance is often required but it is reluctantly given and you will be treated like you have farted on their favorite child. Won't offer a receipt unless you ask and will often leave your parcel by the store door completely unsecured. I asked if it could be left somewhere safer and was just told it'll be fine. No care given. You are an inconvenience and they don't want your business it seems.

Do yourself a favor and go to the Dartford Post Office/WH Smiths in the highstreet. Always friendly, great institution, always secure your parcel, big or small and help is always at hand.

Used as Hermes drop-off location. Parcel never reached Hermes (card's barcode not recognised by Hermes) . The store doesn't know anything nor cares about anything. Everything points to the parcel was just simply stolen by the store staff.

Went in store to post a parcel using the Hermes drop off point, the machine wasn’t accepting payment and the cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful, didn’t even try to offer assistance.

Rude staff and selling out of date drinks when confronted about it women just laughed! Avoid shop plenty of other shops close by .

Tried pressurising me to pay twice for my shopping by card even though I was showing them proof that the transaction had been taken from my account. Absolute rip off merchants

Unwelcoming and unhelpful, I use this shop to drop off my Evri parcels and they just stare at my face when I ask them for help and until I do it the wrong way they start to speak.

Very bad costumer service and are very rude I would not recommend shopping in the shop
