Xmas shopping last night here, I got home and realised to my horror I’d left a bag of shopping in the store. Returned today, the manager radio’s to someone upstairs. Who had my bag of shopping safe in a locker. I’m so thankful, my experience in the store was great too, staff are super friendly, and they all deserve a big thank you 😊

Lots of clothes! Tried putting on all the women's clothing I could. By the time I was arrested, I was wearing 14 jumpers, 12 skirts and 10 pairs of knickers ( they did chafe a bit). Also a lovely little sky blue clutch bag with diamanté trims and tussles. I thought it looked lovely, the police just said I was mad as they rolled me out of the shop.

Everything about this place is amazing. From the well arranged shelves, to the super affordable prices, to the super attentive shop attendants and fast moving queue at the payment point. You will find any and everything you need here in terms of clothing, skin care products, jewelry and accessories and they are displayed in such a way that you'll be able to navigate the entire store hitch free. The shoes are nice and there's a place where you can try them on before purchase. It was a nice experience overall. A solid 10 over 10

Beautiful seems overpriced but that's always bec I pick up so much stuff but tends to average out at like everything is like £7

Can't believe im saying this,but young girl called Polly saved my day...looking for stich stuff for my granddaughter's birthday, had know idea were to start,she ran her little feet off helping me,almost like my personal shopper, I'll definitely go back,much to my suprise 👍

Staff was spectacular, there was a very lovely girl I believe her name were Elizabeth she helped me with makeup for my gf.

Primark is my regular 😉 They've got friendly staff and sections for kids, women, men and home decor. Sometimes I visit town for something else but I just pop in to check if I cud get something from Primark. It's just a place I love to go🤗

Being from out of the country this was our first time in a Primark and we were impressed, shocked really, by the incredibly low prices on the product. This is even after factoring in the exchange rate between Canada and the UK. Good selection of product and we ended up buying a few things to take back with us. Overall nice experience.

Yes, I'm happy with my shopping experience at primary. I picked up some clothes and bits for my holiday to Spain. Cheap and cheerful prices for getaway clothes.

Fantastic staff helped us find what we wanted. Unfortunately they were out of stock. But 2 staff members were fantastic. Top marks. All staff were busy. All the staff at Bluewater store need to be congratulated for their service.

Great store, seems well managed, always respond well to the volume of people. Good range of products, good quality at a brilliant price, but wish they had more home products and more for boys 2-4 age range. A lot for baby boys and older boys though.
