BY ALLAH I am SHOCKED by the bad reviews.I am not local to Derby and came here with a friend.I brought two jersey hijab and the old man May Allah reward him gave me a free clip to tie my hijab.He was very nice and now i always come here when i come to Derby intu centre.Please try this place for yourself before reading any reviews.

I went to buy my mother some gift perfume which was no issue, however i found the staff did not give any salaam, neither help in the selection of choices. I also feel if you are not brown skinned they like you even less. This shop should visit the London one & take a lesson on how to build an Islamic atmosphere. The sense of arrogance is no trait of someone who is getting paid from the community. Without us buying there would be no business.

Have a slice of humble pie for the future

Never seen such poor service. 1 star is too much. Went to exchange a headscarf when the unprofessional women told me that the packaging was crinkled therefore she can’t return. The old man who claims he’s Muslim (which I doubt after seeing his behaviour towards women) aggressively shoved my mum when she was explaining she only bought the scarfs a day before. I agree 100% with the 1 star reviews HES everything said in the reviews. He’s nothing but a money hungry desperate individual. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

Even 1 star is too much for this place.
Brought a scarf from here and needed to exchange as I brought the wrong colour. Was told by the man at the till they have a 2 week return policy, this is not mentioned on purchasing, nor is it advertised anywhere in the shop. When I asked why it's 2 weeks rather than the 'normal' time of 28days I was told its because they are 'gora' shops I am talking about. Not being funny but even the kafirs are better than these so called Muslims then, least they dont show us arrogance and exchange with a smile. He told me not to do it again, well brother, I will NOT be coming to your shop again, so that is absolutely fine by me!
Iman shop just a stones throw away sell better scarves at the same price, let's show this man what arrogance does to a business.

I totally agree with the 1 star review even one star is too much....the OWNER CAN DEFEND HIMSELF BY SAYING ITS A "WRONG" REVIEW......he is arrogant, rude and obnoxious person. ALLAH IS WATCHING.
I wanted to exchange (within 7 days of purchasing) but APPARENTLY its a RULE that the exchange should be like for like.??!!?! I offered to pay extra as well as I wanted to get a Quraan for Ramadan instead!

Your dealing with a business that involves Islamic culture and religion and this is the way you treat the customers is absolutely disgraceful.
You should read the Islamic hadith books you sell yourself.
I will be shopping from the other stores from now on.
Madina book centre people are soooo polite and nice .... learn to take criticism and act on it.
Just remember ALLAH is watching.

The level of customer service is 👎bad and just for that I would not shop here

Also please stop defending youserself and making up stories!
If people are leaving bad reviews LEARN from them!

Honestly the worst place to go doesn’t even deserve a one star rating.
Very rude workers especially the owners.
Needs to learn some respect.
