Fantastic service yesterday when I purchased a PS5. I believe I was served by the assistant manager and he was so helpful and friendly. Made me aware if extra availa with absolutely no pressure. Really great experience and will return to purchase games in the future.

Ok. I’m a Mom who know some stuff but not all that I could on gaming. Scott was awesome and helped me price up, compare, know what’s going on on PlayStation and make sure I get good value for money. If you need any advice do talk to him.

A well-laid-out and reasonably well-appointed store despite its size, the Carmarthen GAME has a good core group of knowledgeable and helpful staff members who are comfortable dealing with both seasoned pros and relative novices.

Advice given on hardware purchase decisions has always been spot on, and their in-store customer service is brilliant.

Admittedly, the selection on offer could do with a tiny bit more variety, but given the size of their store the staff do what they can, and will order products in if they aren't in stock.

Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Great ordering system and quick service. Helpful and knowledgeable when I was trying to get the accompanying game for my son.

A fantastic place to buy and sell your games. It has affordable preowned games with large selection from Nintendo, Playstation etc. The staffs also give good advice on what to buy.
