I regularly use the Alness Click & Collect and I am very happy with the service, but what really makes it for me is the staff. Week after week they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Today it was Derek and he was so helpful. Derek, and the female assistant last week, noticed that I had another delivery booked for later in the day, and offered to see if it was available to save me coming back later, this was a great help to me. Thank you very much!

Whilst the Alness Store isn't as large or able to carry the range of products that the larger stores have, it makes up for the lack of a larger range by having a friendly staff who get to recognise their regular customers.
Another good point is that the stores manager, a Mr Hugh Urquhart, is often out on the floor both ensuring his staff are carrying out their work, and often asks me, with my being a disabled customer, as to how I am, as do several of his team, which is another sign of the way that such supermarkets should follow towards making theit customers feel as if they are special, especially at times like Christmas and the New Year, when a number of the elderly are quite possibly facing being by themselves.

Salad bar and bakery are worth the visit

Good selection of items, in-store restaurant, opens until 10pm, and benefits from on site petrol station.

Staff are always helpful and polite here. The queues are never too long and they always put another till on if there are too many people waiting.
The range of products that they stock is wide and varied.
All in all, a very nice Morrisons.

Probably one of the best Morrison's in Scotland, have been to this shop a number of times over many years, all the usual variety of items available and excellent service. The cafe and toilets are clean and tidy, the latter are amongst the best in a supermarket, always smart and well maintained.

People are so attentive lead from the the top management and Team Leaders, food is fresher, of better Quality, locally supplied when available and Good Value. I've shopped for years with Tesco, Asda but feel their focus is not on customers. Only criticism is telephone system over complicated and you could get hold of the Pope quicker than speak to person ... Well done
