good shop, cheap but the options are limited

Slightly overpriced & little options, but is convenient with friendly staff nevertheless

I hate this place. Stuff is overpriced, Staff hates international students and forces them to carry passports for identification (literally the only place in the UK that does that, everyone else is fine with European ID cards), and the stupid WiFi isn't working either. You're better off using the horrible bus service to Lidl.

Prices are high enough that it is usually better to take the bus to the town, and is really bad for international students because the staff will demand to see your passport instead of accepting an ID. I've never had this issue at any other co-ops or supermarkets in the country.

Just been to the co-op on keele university where I was refused a red bull even though I’m 52. Apparently it’s because my 25 year old Son was with me and because he didn’t look 25 BUT the red bull was for me and I was paying … what a joke. The lady in question had also done the same thing on 2 girls. She must get great pleasure in doing this. Email to head office on its way and I won’t be going there again. Get a grip CO OP and teach your staff the proper rules !!

Keele University does not tolerate racism.
The security guard in this store by the Name of Gina needs to be fired immediately.

Today I witnessed her antagonise and intimidate and small black women to tears for no reason.

Other international students have complained she follows them around and called one PHD student from Kenya “suspicious” as he bought water and a sandwich.

We have approached our chancellor for the removal of this security guard on our campus.

horrible prices for broke uni students. I do not condone the robbery this place commits on a daily basis. staff are 50/50 and layout is kinda annoying. please lower the prices.

Really bad environment, heard sooooo many employees complain about the manager and how they experienced a lot of racism at work which is so ridiculous.

Overpriced way cheaper to get a bus and shop at lidle
