This place was a great find! Got in out of curiosity looking for cables, and found out so many stuff for great prices!
Got lots of different cheeses, and they were very yummy!
Extra points for having lots of staffed check outs and zero self check out machines!
Always wins my heart businesses who choose people instead of machines!
A must visit, specially if you’re travelling in a tight budget.

Sharing lots of pics here, specially when coming from overseas like me, photos help a lot to give an idea of what we can find at the shops in another country, how much things cost, so we can be prepared, and it's just fun to see all different products and variety.

This is my favorite store, and I love shopping here.

Helpful staff. A ide variety of products at reasonable prices. Bright and airy with clear lines to shop. Wide aisles to suit disabled shoppers.

Naz is an asset to the Harbourne branch! I always shop at other Homebargains stores and arrived to this one to be greeted politely by Naz. She went above and beyond to check availability of an item, was swift in her actions and still acknowledged other customers nicely whilst in the middle of dealing with my request. She made my shopping experience delightful and made me see she loves helping customers even if it requires blocking out negative staff around her to ensure the customer is satisfied. Thank you Naz if you see this.

mainly going for household products, but you have a lot of product categories in shop and a fairly big section on kids toys

Called today to find out about a product in stock. With past experience from.other shops my expectations was not high, however the gentleman answered within a couple of rings and his customer service was excellent. Very helpful. I cannot remember his name but whoever helped me with the LED lights, you saved me an unnecessary journey!

I have been a frequent costumer here. They have pretty much everything you need. This place is actually much more pocket friendly than Poundland and the quality of their products is far better. The entire place is very clean and well organized. The staff is friendly. This place is ideal for university students with a tight budget.

Lovely spacious Isles, and being in a wheelchair this is important. They never leave boxes in the middle of the Isles promoting products or when they are restocking shelves. The staff are extremely friendly. We are always helped to our car by one amazing worker who is always happy to help and will push our trolly to the car park at the rear of the store as it is up a hill. Great prices on products and excellent for picking up birthday gifts or Christmas gifts as the toys are normally half the price then they are in other toy shops.

Went in with my mother, found the store very clean and organised. Most importantly I was pleased with the staff who were very helpful. We were served by Craig who was very polite, patient and simply one of the best cashiers we have come across.

Excellent value and quality for alot less than your normal supermarket prices. You always end up buying more than you came in for!! Staff pleasant enough too. The only downside is that some people seem to think they can block the aisles with their trolley and are not considerate to others!!

Great store, big and has a lot of things and bits. Well stocked and clean.
