Lush Cosmetics Tunbridge Wells

We recently visited the Lush shop in Tunbridge Wells with my wife and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel right at home. The store offers a wide variety of high-quality products, from bath bombs to skincare essentials. Everything was beautifully organized, and we found exactly what we were looking for. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and we highly recommend this Lush location. We'll definitely be returning!

My daughter and her friends had a wonderful 10th birthday party with Jess at Lush Tunbridge Wells on Bank Holiday Monday. She loved how interactive it was and had a fantastic time. Highly recommended for a stress-free party experience!

I brought an awesome popping candy bath bomb today which smells AMAZING! Sophie was very helpful with my questions about the henna & gave me a couple of samples to try. Thank you ☺🙏🌞💚🫶

What a morning!! Went in for my step-daughter’s birthday with friends for a walk in/ party and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and kinder. Whilst they were browsing I was given a hand massage, I could have fallen asleep! Belle was incredible with the kids, she made it fun, laughed and joked with them and they got really stuck in. She was so patient with my 4 year old who wanted to join in too and the kids LOVED her! Thank you, thank you Tunbridge Wells Lush team!

I visited lush and was extremely content with the customer service. John in particular made me feel very welcome and gave me an insight as to what would be best to buy! I particularly loved the collection showed above! Definitely go!

A warm and cheerful experience at Lush thanks to Belle this morning!

After being dragged by my stepkids into doing a 5k run in the rain, I decided I deserved a nice bath with some fancy bath bombs. I was so impressed by Belle's warm manner that I treated myself to an exfoliating cleanser too!

Excellent customer service, especially from Sophie! We initially visited the Tunbridge Wells Lush branch as part of my holiday. At the time, we hadn't known that Lush offered a free service where they apply hair henna to your hair as long as you purchase one of Lush's £15 henna bricks and do a patch test. We had a service done on my black hair, and it came out quite nicely!

In particular, Sophie was the person that applied my henna, and she answered all the queries that I had, and made sure to explain well. We felt very welcome at the shop and I was very happy with the service! We hope that we can have the same excellent experience that we've had here in Tunbridge Wells, in other Lush branches :)

Lovely staff. Want to mention Millie who was an absolute pleasure to speak to. I spoke to her about my sister’s hair type (she has curly hair) and Millie was really helpful in advising which products would be the best but also providing me with some Test samples to take home for her to try!🩷🩷

John was so helpful and nice! He was attentive and really friendly. So good at his job, would definitely come again! x

I had another great trip to Lush today and spoke to Verity who is really lovely and kind. I am a regular customer and she always remembers me, the sorts of products that I like and goes above and beyond to give me the best possible experience. She always ensures that I feel better leaving the shop than when I entered! :)

I was served by Anna who was lovely and engaging, she demonstrated how to use the bath bombs and explained the differences between them. Would be back again!

Hi Emily thank you to you all at lush for your help and advice on all the products I have purchased at Tunbridge Wells, I'm disappointed you aren't stocking intergalactic glitter mist in the Tunbridge Wells branch.

As usual I had my shopping list of what items I needed from lovely Lush in Tunbridge Wells. Belle served me. She had a bright smile and was polite and helpful. She was happy to gather my items for me and also processed my recycling items I'd brought with me.

We have very pleasant experience with John in Lush Tunbridge Wells. He is extremely helpful and friendly. We definitely will come back again. Actually all the staff in the shop are super nice :)

I'm a regular here! Love the products and I love the service. At the two branches I've visited - Tunbridge Wells and Brighton, I've always enjoyed positive interactions with the friendly and helpful team. I really appreciate the willingness to give free samples of products, as they are expensive and you want to know it's going to work for you before you invest.

The peeps working here are always SO kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I'm often there with two (unruly) kids and the staff really engage with them and help us, despite my son disturbing their beautiful displays or digging his fingers into the ice tray! It's usually pandemonium but somehow we leave happier and actually with what we went in for. It's a miracle. At Christmas the kids got to make their own bubble bar and bath bomb which was a bit of a hit! The kids are huge Lush fans, we especially love Fun for bath times. Katie served me yesterday and she was lovely and friendly. All the staff are we've not had a bad experience here 💖

Took my 5 yesr old daughter to choose a bath bomb as a treat and ended up making her own with one of the shop assistants; Sophie. Team was lovely and my daughter loved the experience. Many thanks.

Bell was amazing at talking me through the products. Particularly the shower bomb, which she also demonstrated. So good was the demonstration that I am buying some and will be recommending them to my friends.
