Special mention to the computer gaming section, probably the best gaming section of any shop in the UK. The kitchen section upstairs even had reps from the big coffee machine manufacturers in store offering free coffees.

Delivery: the 2 men who delivered this item (from Curry’s) were very friendly and informative, they contacted us 5 minutes before arrival, unpacked item and place it in kitchen.

Great experience this week with my purchase of Samsung TV - Sonos sounder - salesman was fantastic, knowledgeable and made my experience spot on.

Although there was a wait to be served to effect an appliance purchase; I left certain of making the right choice/purchase to meet our requirements and not spent more than needed. It was very straightforward to arrange a delivery+installation date to suit us.

Abdullah provided me and my boyfriend with amazing customer service when purchasing a tv. He gave us knowledge on each tv that we were interested in, advised us on different specs for what we want, explained the whole process and available finance plans and was super friendly from start to finish. He even put the tv into my car for me, even though it was a struggle! He was amazing and a great member of the team :)

Went to buy a TV and got served by Jakob and Manu at the weekend. Bought a nice tv and Manu ( I’m sure he is the manager ) gave us a nice deal. Jakob was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall Really good service. Reminded me of old school retail where customer was king and Manu really looked after us. Well done guys.

Teenagers in the fridge freezer dept but they know how to navigate the computer for size, choices and stock. We bought a new fridge freezer good delivery choices . We also got computer accessories, great it is under one roof.

Great service, helpful and friendly but most of all competent people with excellent knowledge. I have received satisfactory and sincere answers to each of the questions I asked. Even during the return of the equipment, which unfortunately stopped working after a few weeks, I was welcomed and serviced 100% professionally, I had two options to choose from, 1'reimbursement 2 'equipment replacement, the formalities lasted just a few minutes, the equipment was replaced, just remember to always have with you the proof of purchase in such situations, without a receipt, you lose your and someone else's time, and in many cases also your nerves. I highly recommend it, greet the staff, great job

I visited the Carphone Warehouse department, great service from Ciaran. Very knowledgeable about phones and offers, worked to get the best deal for me. Phone was ordered around 16:30 and delivered by 13:00 the next day.

I went to Currys and John Lewis on Friday to look at laptops. The service here was just brilliant. I was with a 2 and 4 year old at both stores, however the team here were so knowledgeable, not pushy or biased to a brand and felt more informed than buying online. They also put the kids at ease (Thank you for the balloons).

The service was so good we came back the next day to buy a large family purchase we'd been putting off as felt overwhelmed with choice and often sales bias.

Sorry I didn't catch everyone's names, I came in on Friday 15th April at around 5pm and was helped by 2 Asian gentlemen who were so helpful, not patronising which is important as a female purchasing tech. Because of them we came back the next morning and purchased a Samsung qe85qn94catxxu 85.

Genuinely amazed at the service I have received. Paul, sales person, incredibly helpful, informative, polite and very kind as I am not very IT literate. Thanks to his advice I have a really excellent washing machine. Love it. Delivery men also really professional, informative and thorough in delivering and installing machine. A very positive experience. Various other companies I have used have not been anywhere near a 5 stars rating. So thanks to those involved.

Went to replace my mum's fridge as needed to find same one as she has dementia could not find the same in shop talked to kacie and she helped me find the same on line and ordered very helpful much appreciated all good

Ordered a PS4 game and a hoover in the Black Friday sales at competitive prices in contrast to Argos and Amazon. We went in at opening to collect them and we had them brought to us within 5 minutes.

There might be younger/inexperienced staff trying to push sales at these stores, but they're quite easy to brush off.

I needed white goods ordered and delivered.

I walked it, was met by Shawn where he helped me pick the appliances I needed, answered my questions to direct me to the correct choices for me, as well as recommended other products I ended up needing.

I spent the money then and there, an absolutely perfect no nonsense sale that got me what I needed with a defined delivery date.

Visited to research about ultra wide screens, the colleague at hand was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was able to leave with a lot of information allowing me to make a more Informed purchase from their website later on in the week.
