Being a local, I’m a regular here. The shelves are always stocked up and everything is in stock always. Their meal deals are good too. Friendly staff, always willing to help, except for maybe one or two. Clean and accessible. Wish the side entrance could be made accessible too.

Kim from the benefit stand was so lovely!! I needed help matching a concealer from another brand and Kim kindly offered to help. She tested a few different concealers on me to get the perfect match. I appreciate it so much as I always find it hard to match my colour. Thank you so much Kim!! X

Not being local, so just passing through. I nipped in to look for some Soap & Glory products for special Birthday gifts today . I could only find 2 products I wanted but offer on was 3 for 2. So I asked the ladies at the checkout. They were fantastic, very friendly & couldn't do enough for me. They looked on the system & one lady searched the whole store, eventually finding an extra one! Just wanted to say Thanks ladies for brightening a dull day 😊 Great customer service

I have just been to Boots Opticians in Leamington Spa, and the advice and experience was excellent. I would especially like to mention Nigel who advised me on a plan for my contact lens and also the young lady who did my test, but unfortunately don’t have her name, but Nigel will know who she is. They were both very friendly and helpful. All I can add is that if only all shops trained their staff in the same way.

Great medicine shop in leamington spa and all across UK. I am a frequent buyer from boots. I get all the medicines and other staffs required for thr mum and the newborn baby. Also registered for the boots card today, it gave me more offers and points. Huge collection of all medical products. I also use boots photo to take photo prints, that one is also cheaper and reasonable. Great shop :)

Easy to book an appointment at the hearingcare dept. and I was seen promptly. Something I really like about the service I receive from Boots Hearingcare is that any problems with my hearing aids have all been sorted swiftly and were covered by the package I bought from them at the outset. No fuss, just great service!

Great pharmacy, amazing especially in the hearing and eye tests. Great Staff and Audiology there. The photography area is amazing and they can cheaply, quickly, and greatly produce your photos! Super!

Always helpful staff at the branch located on the Parade. Queues at the pharmacy tend to be long though. It's probably not the best place to go if you're in a hurry.

I need new hearing aids - metal gigs and age have taken their toll. I couldn't have made a better choice. Professionalism and helpfulness could not have been bettered. Superb.
