I was hugely pleased to see that despite the utterly unfit for purpose government rules on masks - allowing shop staff not to wear them, thus pandering to selfish desires about discomfort and ignoring the realities of virus vectors - all the staff were wearing them :) I think partly as a result, all customers were also wearing them. I felt safe and that I lived in a place where the values of community are paying dividends; something sadly not so true of other shops in the City. Thank you everyone!

Safe and friendly local that we visit regularly. Particularly love that you're going zero waste now on things like grains and cleaning soaps, especially now we can't shop very far afield

Staff are very friendly and helpful. For a small shop it has an amazing range of products. And, like all Co-ops should be, it is a bit quirky.

Fantastic little grocery shop , just remember you can pay for your food items at the tobacco till too

Always tidy and clean. Very local and engaged with shelves for local and zero waste produce. Staff are always helpful, too. Quite a pleasant experience to shop there!

One feedback is: can we please separate the vegan range products more thoroughly from non-vegan ones please? As we’re trying to be vegan, it becomes very confusing when we see vegan products mixed with non-vegan ones (especially when they look similar to each other) in an aisle and have to go through the back instructions one-by-one to double check. I’m being picky though!

Great produce, lots of dry products available to buy in paper bags eliminating excess packaging. A little more expensive but quality is higher too. Self service checkout is a bit hit and miss hence the 4 star review. Staff helpful but constantly having to override self service is not ideal for customer or staff.

It's a nice tidy store with very convenient access for locals. There can sometimes be a bit of a queue but other than that it's a good store.
