Screwfix Highams Park - Chingford

We visited yesterday and were served by Kira. She was friendly, knowledgable, extremely helpful and took time to make sure we got the best product at the best price for our needs. Kira is a great asset to the Highams Park store.

Came in to buy some work trousers which I struggle to buy in other places because of sizes. I Was abit worried that I wouldn’t receive the help I needed because of other screwfix branches I’ve been to haven’t been helpful but a lovely employee Kira was very helpful. It Took Kira only 5 minutes to find the right fit normally takes me about a hour. Just a big thankyou to Kira for her paitence and helping me out.

Easy to find and free customer parking. Store Hours also suitable for late shopping or pickup after work. I book my click & collect and always save time. Staff is efficient and very helpful.

I always feel like I'm being served in a local shop. Today I went and my click and collect order had gone badly wrong and not arrived and I had received no notification which was disappointing. The deputy manager was super apologetic and offered customer service that I honestly struggle to find anyone even in higher end retail. Oh and the staff are always will to help and get stuff for you to check.

The young woman who assisted me was patient with my remembering, 'one more thing...'. I always find staff helpful and I've always been fortunate that the items I need are always in stock.

The staff here are always so helpful and friendly, the manager is fantastic, always makes the time to have a little chat. I do love coming here because I know.i always get greeted with a professional and polite manner.

Argos for tools/DIY but faster. You browse the catalogue in store or online. You tell the person at the till your name, address and the item number. You pay them, they bring you the items in a few minutes and they print/email you the receipt.

Brilliant service by the lady managing the queue (really polite and happy!) also Aly on the till was really great and helpful, very good customer service

Staff very helpful. As I was not that knowledgeable of what I was trying to buy, he went out of his way to help. Even ask a qualified tradesman, who happened to be in the store, for his opinion.

Staff here are polite and very well trained, I would suggest that the staff do clean a little more throughly at the end of the day.
