Beautiful table and chairs good quality for a reasonable price. Indigo have some lovely furniture and the staff are always helpful... Delivery men were very polite and on time they assembled everything and made sure I was happy with my purchase.

Love my new sofa! Super efficient delivery system with tracking map to follow, my time slot was 1-5pm and it was all delivered and assembled before 2pm! Thank you ☺ x

We had been looking for a dining room table for some time and couldn’t find what we wanted at the usual high street stores we decided to have a look inside Indigo what a pleasant surprise really well presented and knowledgeable staff , we decided on the table and chairs and a date was arranged for delivery two weeks later, the set arrived on time and was assembled with care unfortunately on closer inspection we noticed some slight marks on the glass after informing Indigo they asked if we wanted a new one or they could reduce the price we had paid, we decided on a new one, two weeks later they again arrived on time and replaced the glass again unfortunately this was worse than the original , the guy’s apologised and promptly phoned up Indigo who very quickly sourced a replacement, they returned with the third top within the hour, this time it was perfect. These things do happen but it’s how it is dealt with I would imagine I would still be waiting for an exchange if it was one of the big stores on the high street. I would not hesitate to use Indigo again and highly recommend them to anyone

We order a lot of furniture from indigo, the staff were amazing , friendly and extremely helpful, yes we had to wait for most of our furniture to come into the country, and we had a few problems with a couple of pieces, but they were sorted efficiently, the delivery men were fantastic, couldn’t wish for nicer men , very helpful and they put everything up and in place.

I visited the small shop at gordale Garden centre behind the petrol station
Lovely smells and the assistant Catherine was so helpful she really went the extra mile and I'll definitely be returning soon

Fantastic company to deal with, placed a large order was kept fully informed of delivery dates. When delivery arrived the driver was super helpful & when there was a very small issue with one of the pieces of furniture it was resolved in a friendly & quick manner. Will definitely be a returning customer. Customer service is everything & these guys have nailed it.

Amazing service from start to finish. Staff were very kind and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Had an issue with getting the couch in to the room. However the delivery men didn't just dump and run they stayed and helped us till it was in the room ee wanted it in, as we have an awkward layout. I would highly recommend.

I thought I would write a review to describe the fantastic service I received for my recent purchase of a leather reclining sofa. There were several new leather sofas to choose from and not nothing was too much trouble for the staff helping me decide which model to go for. On each of the 3 occasions I visited the store before finally deciding the staff attention was the same. Nothing was too much trouble. I recently took delivery of the sofa and Glyn and Matt took great care to make sure I was happy with the placing of it. I love my new sofa! Extremely comfy, I am delighted! Well done Indigo, another triumph! Such a triumph I have now ordered a chair to go with it! I have shopped at Indigo for years and I would, quite simply, never buy furniture from anywhere else! Great company to deal with, some amazing items at the shop in Brombrough. Staff were really helpful in trying to help me decide which Table & Chairs to choose. Delivery came today & was great that I was able to track how long they would be. The two guys that came were nice & friendly, they assembled everything quickly & professionally. Will definitely use again

I've shopped here several times. They also have a much smaller shop in the
Gordale site. Even the smell of this big shop is lovely. I like it because their range is more quirky/Boho in my opinion, yet not outlandishly colourful as I usually go for. Very helpful staff took my pieces out for me and gave me the measurements of a dressing table. Parking is right outside, so you don't have to worry about intense parking of the Croft retail park.
