Flissys Coffee Shop

Had a fantastic breakfast at Flissys! Nothing was too much trouble, service was genuinely friendly and it wasn't just dogs allowed it was truly dog friendly. Ours can be a diva but they prepare the sausages already chopped up in little bags, so convient (and Noddy says delicious). I had the ice latte and veggie wrap both great, hubby had the big batch - can be a sausage snob but said it was excellent. Doggy ice cream too, a stand with water and poo bags. And I was brought a free extra coffee with my order as there was apparently a slight delay but I didn't even notice. Got some cake to go - the chocolate orange cake was excellent. We will be back!

Great little place, good food and pleasant staff, welcoming especially if you have your dog with you.plenty of treats for them and yourself the ice cream is amazing,I had chilli jacket potato and it was great,just a few meters walking to the beach,watch out if you go down the steps,very steep and not wide.go down to the beach and walk along then come up the embankment e careful it's steep it takes you up to he fields turn left and walk along the footpath and it takes you back to the car park. Great little Walk

Visited today. We were served by a really lovely young lady(trainee) once she had taken our order, off she went. We all turned to each other and said. Wasn’t she lovely! Blonde girl. Well the breakfast came and were delicious. Really nice atmosphere most enjoyable visit which I am sure we will be going again. Service and food excellent

We always stop here after our clifftop walk along the coastline. Great coffee and cakes are served up in this quirky dog-friendly coffee shop. Atmosphere is always so friendly, as are the delightful staff!

Amazing food, quality of food, taste, everything was perfect. Never had such a delicious ice cream before.

Called in for an impromptu family late-lunch, after a walk in June 2023.

Greeted with a very warm welcome from the staff, and the waitresses were friendly and very helpful with the menu and making some excellent recommendations.

The place was clean and nicely laid out inside and outside, and although very busy there seemed a good amount of space between people.

We didn’t feel rushed at any point, and the atmosphere was relaxed and really made for a good experience. Being very green and leafy, it was nice to just watch a little bit of nature – with a lovely and inquisitive blackbird and robin. The menu offered a really good choice and there were several things each of us would have had. All the meals were large portions and also excellent flavours – not often you expect quantity and quality from a coffee shop. The club sandwich in particular was excellent!

Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be visiting again.

Oh wow, this little gem is not one to be missed. The food is hot and tasty. The staff are friendly and everyone was smiling !
The cake counter will satisfy everyone's taste buds,and even your dog can have a puppacino. We will definitely be coming back.

A really lovely cafe, with pleasant staff, nice background music, great ice cream 🍦 and everything just as it should be. Highly recommended as a stop off whilst walking the Wirral Way.

Beautiful setting. Have a lovely walk and reward yourself with a lovely lunch and then treat yourself to one of their many flavoured ice creams. The staff were so engaging and helpful

We were staying in our campervan nearby over the weekend and Flissys was within walking distance. We visited 3 mornings in a row for the 'Big Breakfast' and a pot of tea. The food is well cooked and hot. The amount of food was spot on. We asked for the black pudding and hash browns to be removed and we were asked if we would like an extra sausage, fried egg or bacon instead, which we said yes to, fab!
It's a family run business and the staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The hygiene is excellent. The coffee shop is run like clockwork, well done girls, we will definitely recommend you. 🥰

What a fantastic little find!

Am staying on Wirral Country Park and Flissy's is just on the edge at the bottom of Station Road.

My first impression was how well kept and maintained the outside area was. Lots of brightly coloured seating and all freshly painted. Also lots of little ornaments and trinkets dotted around to give it a truly homely and welcoming feel. Further round is a little secret garden with a lovely old style bandstand which was lovely!

The inside is a continuation of the effort applied to the outside. You can tell this is a labour of love for the owner.

We had wraps with chips. The chips must have been at least triple cooked and were delicious, plenty of them too! With a can of pop each too it was just over £20 so extremely reasonable and very good value for money.

It is dog friendly with a cracking little selection of dog treats.

There is a great cake selection also and we bought two to enjoy later this evening.

Really is a fantastic place in a wonderful location. Extremely clean, well looked after and maintained and right on a beautiful part of the coast.

Fantastic coffee shop with outdoor seating and take away options. The venue is very clean and Covid secure, ideal for getting a drink/snack/ice cream when you are out and about in Thurstaston. The quality of the service and the food+drink is top notch! They also have gluten free cake options.

Such a nice cafe! Really reasonably priced - great option for breakfast or lunch especially after a nice walk along thurstaston! Dog friendly which is a huge bonus and they even sell dog ice cream! They have delicious cakes and ice cream for a nice afternoon stop as well! All the staff are really friendly and and they have a lovely outdoor seating area. If driving there are two independent car parks but you do have to pay for parking.

Wonderful little cafe! Dog friendly inside and outside with a wide variety of vegan options on the menu. Also had lots of vegan cakes and vegan ice cream.

Visited on a very busy Bank Holiday Monday.
Managed to get a table fairly quickly, as the Staff were really on the ball, quickly clearing and cleaning vacated tables.
All Staff were pleasant, polite and very efficient.
Meal was very good and cooked to order, not pre-done.
Our fourth visit to Flissys and the quality of food and standard of service is continually excellent.

Fantastic place! We went back 3 times after the first visit. Food is all so fresh, quick service and the cakes, oh my god the cakes!

Lovely food and service. Had a breakfast wrap and it was great.... Another breakfast wrap beautiful, shared a biscof cake with ice-cream that was really nice too.

Had a delicious Gluten free BLT today, my friend ordered Chile Baked potatoe equally delicious!
