M&S Food To Go

I love this store and will be sorry to see it go in July. I regularly shop here using the food hall which is set out clearly and easily find what I want. I also buy children's uniforms and regular clothes here. The shoes are really good quality at a good price and certainly value for money.

Went in to buy a pair of trousers. The lady working in the fitting rooms and on the floor near to closing time today (11 Feb 2019) was amazing! She could not do enough to help me. Left feeling amazing and ended up buying a whole suit! Thank you so, so much!

Today I was in Sutton Coldfield branch looking for a bra. One of the assistants fetched Janet their bra fitter to come and look after me. She went to so much trouble in finding me the correct shape and size I required and even got me knickers to match. I would just like you to know that this lady is a credit to your company.

Love M&S amazing quality Items, gifts and food. Reasonable prices for the quality of the goods. Quite diverse. Nice cafe with yummy cakes. Shopping for food there is the best you can buy in Sutton Coldfield.

Great local M&S, good selection of clothing, fabulous food hall and cafe. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Devasted that M&S plan to close this store. I have used it at least weekly for over 30 years

Always a good place to go for a slice of cake, but has a really small cafe unfortunately. Generally, a great shop to visit. Good bra fitting service too.

Have been using this store regularly for more than 3 decades, and my parents and extended family have shopped here for even longer. Moved away from Sutton years ago, but still find myself in this branch for something nearly every time I'm up visiting my parents, as I don't have an M&S convenient to where I now live. I think most of the underwear I've worn in my life has been bought in Sutton M&S, haha! Last time I went in, just after Christmas, it was to get new white school shirts for my son and nephews (and I ended up buying some hair accessories for my daughter and niece too, while I was there). The staff have never disappointed, they have always been brilliant, helpful and polite. Will be such a shame if it does close. Part of the heart of Sutton Town centre for me.

I just love M&S, great value for money for your bits and bobs or an outfit for a night out. Easy to access each section with or without a pushchair and adequate wheelchair room.

Lots of gluten free products round the store. But prices are high as all gluten free food is. Its about time gf food was priced the same as all other foods. Not only at mAnd S but everywhere else to.

Good place to shop , and the staff are great helpful and kind to older people . They have lots of choices for everybody . Must say to a member of staff Dominic went out his way to help us . Thank you

I was looking to purchase a Lyle & Scott polo shirt from House of Fraser. Upon walking through M&S from the car park, just quickly browsing through the mens section at polo shirts, I came upon a polo shirt very similar in style & colour & tbh it looked and felt much better & half price cheaper at £30, so I purchased it. I'll use the money i saved on other items I need for my holiday maybe some M&S cargo shorts..Bargain

Really sad it's going to be closed, I've been here so many times to buy food and presents. They do a lot of lovely and reasonably-priced products. I will miss it.

This store is ideal for the Gracechurch centre and Suttonians, also with it being a major outlet along with the such likes of The House of Frazer makes it more affordable store for all classes unlike the latter store.

I only really use the food hall. You can get some great bargains on a Saturday from 4pm. Sandwiches reduced to £1.00 and that kind of thing.

Very pleasant, it's just a pity it's earmarked for closure. Someone from Head office should come and see how important the store is to Sutton Coldfield.

Very good. Picked up my Christmas shopping order, no waiting, very efficient. The food hall was busy but everyone in good spirits.

A very extensive shop on two floors with copious volumes of stock across a wide range of goods not cheap but a high standard of supply with friendly knowledgeable service and advice set amongst a complimentary range of other stores satisfying the full range of goods as supplied on any standard high street shopping mall

Excellent store. Groceries and general food on ground floor and clothes on first level. Polite staff. Always a pleasant visit.

Always clean. Friendly staff. Love the food hall especially the oven baked cheese with cider and crusty bread to go with it
