This Tesco is big and also has all the thing you need for the house. If a person is new to this, then It's a bit confusing to find the entrance rather than that it's a great place to shop.

Came in shopping today with my husband and my daughter, it was very busy but so organised, got everything we all needed, staff were all amazing, and helpful, so well done to each and everyone of you, and wishing you all a very merry Xmas .

Always try to use click and collect now I find it so useful as I have got older , and if there is no availability they try to compensate with other goods , may I say the staff that work on click and collect , particularly Caroline are really pleasant and so helpful , Caroline takes the time to make sure that you can pack your shopping away and is always friendly , it’s a pleasure to shop at Tesco .and I will continue to do so..

Excellent customer service when I attended the store with the hope of exchanging a defective water bottle that I bought at another store. Despite not having proof of purchase, they were willing to exchange it for another, except they were out of stock. In order to assist, the store assistant looked up stock levels in local stores to find out where I might be able to successfully exchange the item, which then subsequently did so after driving over there. Happy customer, despite the initial setback.

We shop here all the time, it is our local Tesco. We use the scan and go all the time so that we can get our shopping and go as it says but we always end up waiting in a que because people who are not using the scan and go are scanning a whole trolley of stuff. Why are there not tills just for the scan and gosi people who are using this can just go straight to that till it would make shopping slot easier.

Staff are doing a great job in the circumstances. Check out staff just so friendly. Arrived at 14:25 to join airport queue 20 minutes to entry, quiet inside but some still insist on ignoring the one way system

Just felt I have to say a big big thank you to all your delivery staff, especially throughout the pandemic. All of your staff that delivered my shopping have been so helpful but must mention todays driver “ Paul” not only did he bring my shopping in but helped me unpack and put things away, what made it extra special was I was on the phone to my daughter in Australia and he insisted I continue with my call and even joined on the conversation it was hilarious, my daughter ( who still has a slight “ brummie” accent) which Paul thought was really funny an Aussie with a bromine twang. She thought it was so lovely that Tesco were so helpful, knowing that I was getting help. After he had gone she said how wonderful it was as they have nothing like that over there. So a big big thank you.

Great home delivery service today. I had a substitution on my order for some protein bagels. I explained to the drivers that they always substitute this item. They said that when they go back to the store they’ll check if there are any in stock. I got home from a day out and they had left some in the porch for me. Absolutely unreal customer service. I’ve never seen the female driver before, she was lovely. The male that came delivers to me a lot. He is always really helpful and a genuine lovely guy. If you could tell them both I said thanks I would really appreciate it. Sam.

This is the best Tesco Cafe I have ever been in! GREAT Staff, especially the Manageress Tracy! Nothing is too much for the Friendly and helpful Staff! Clean place, and the food and drink are second to none, even the Children's meals are the best, whether hot or cold!
