I was a bit sad today. I have Dementia and I really work hard to keep my brain functioning. But last week, I picked up a bunch of bannanas, and they had a tape around them, but I weighed them and stuck a label on and scanned them. Had a rescan, and of course, there was already a barcode already to scan. Move toward today, and I noticed that they had some smaller white onions as the big ones are too big for one meal i took the bag of small onions and place them in the trolley so when my husband joined me I could ask if we should have the smaller ones and then we could scan them. I forgot to ask him and so I had another rescan because of my rescan last week. So it was fine, and they got added on after the rescan. I am still want to carry on doing my own scanning because it keeps my brain functioning. So yes, I was sad and felt awful.

Great little shop in the centre of town. Found what we needed, and they have a good selection of items for our travelling family.

Safety is the main theme at this time. They always monitor who coming in and out during their opening hours. Its clean, Normally has what you want and I use the quick scan tills. Makes it so much easier.

I visited this shop today and I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Update, the remodelling and carpark are complete. Both are now improved. It is a more expensive store but it seems to have a few more lines available now. In fairness it is the only real supermarket option in Storrington itself, but it is certainly an improvement on what it was.

Fantastically helpful. I popped in with a long list of unusual items and the lovely manager, Ed, kindly took me to the exact place and picked out the items I could not find.

At checkout, he swiftly ran in and placed a “it’s on us” sticker on the top of a bottle of wine I picked up.

Went to shop around 9 am today,there was a lovely security guard allowing people into the store. He was friendly and helpful making shopping so much more pleasant. Young guy on the check out was very pleasant too. Thank you to everyone at Waitrose for looking after your customers.

Waitrose by its nature is more expensive that ASDA, etc. But if you need an odd item it's going to be cheaper than the costs of fuel to save a few pennies. And now there is an Aldi at Billingshurst which is a big branch and worth it.

A good place to get everything you need. Not too big. Friendly and helpful staff. Usually quieter in the evening if you don't want to queue.

At 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon it was very quiet. Staff most helpful.

Very good centre well stocked with plants and other items for the garden. Also the gift side of is very good and cafe, virus spacing well thought out.

Very good. Plenty of food and good variety. I will shop there again. I live in Petworth and its useless for a decent shopping experience.

Staff always helpful and welcoming but sadly couldn't get some of the items the shopping trip was for... but will get them next time

They are usually good to very good. Have been open all through these difficult times and I would like to congratulate the staff and thank them for their professionalism,dedication and bravery in the face of this pandemic.
