Does anyone know where the optician that used to be here has gone to ? He was brilliant. I definitely would have given him five stars.
Lucky that you can only review this place once as my other review would have been a score of one at a push for the horrendous service at your pharmacy! Always a queue and such slow service from the assistant. There are signs everywhere saying please be patient but absolutely no urgency whatsoever. So frustrating as you want people to shop here for everything but not a chance for me at the pharmacy.

excellent store run professionally by great management and staff under all circumstances and petty criticism. Too many reviewers whingeing about things such as how many masks being worn. Really? It's a reflection microcosm of the general public, so get over yourself, it's no different to anywhere else in Britain currently and in close proximity to the hospital for you, just in case.

The delivery drivers I have had bring me my shopping have been absolutely amazing. Not only are they consistently on time but they are curtious and extremely polite. They even go as far as making sure they have a treat or two for my dog, who gets very excited to see them all! Excellent service!

I went to the pharmacy, asked for advice and staff very helpful. After speaking to my doctor went back later in the day and needed advice on products sold and lady made sure I bought the best items for my needs. Very knowledgeable staff. Nothing too much trouble and very friendly and polite.

I’m not really one for leaving reviews but in this instance I feel I should.
I’d personally like to thank Adam and his team for their time and patience updating my mobile phone. All were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had to spend the afternoon with them as it was unusually tricky to move my data across, but once successfully transferred I left the store with my new phone delighted. Thanks guys!

Large free car park. Huge store containing groceries, foodstuff (some hot), bakery, pharmacy, opticians, barbers etc . Garage on site. Cheaper if you have a tesco club card.

Huge supermarket but easy to find things. Love the F & F clothes and the cafe. Like all food shops become more expensive.

I do my weekly shop here every week I have done for years. shelves are well stocked and the staff are always happy to help when looking for items. there is a lady on the scan as you shop counter her name is Dot and she is fabulous. she always says hello to me and my children even remebering their names. ive got to know her well and it feels like seeing an old friend whenever go in. best supermarket in town

As we approached till 20 today we were greeted by a lovely smile from Elaine Matthews! Very pleasant and cheerful service and she said she is in a temporary post at the store and she loves it. We shop in the store regularly and it would be lovely if this enthusiastic lady was appointed to a regular position here! We also find Linda James, Debbie, Angela,Zoe and several others always cheery and helpful.

The staff are very helpful if you have any questions. The store is extremely clean.

Love this store, great site and always has good parking and stocks. Staff are friendly and do help when needed. The makeup and beauty girls do tend to look down at you but i suppose thats probably because they think they are better than everyone else!

Arguably the best Tesco Extra in the North West of England. Good spacious layout, friendly staff, well stocked shelves. Tesco Clubcard discounts are also a lot better than any other competitive supermarket and their subsequent reward system.

Called in the Cafe today, as had an appointment near by, and I have to say the staff were excellent, friendly and so helpful. I have a broken foot and they went out of their way to be courteous. Thank you.

Love this store in Southport. Lovely helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere whatever time of day you go. A great variety of fresh food too.
