I agree with all your comments about the awful grumpy man, he isn't actually the owner just a worker, go before 2pm and you will get very friendly staff, the owner and family are lovely

Terrible service by the most miserable bloke iv ever come across. His rude and ignorant, I don't know how his got any customers. He owns a shop but clearly doesn't want anyone coming in. He puts restrictions on what times you can bring parcels and the size he will accept. He lies and says the machine is broken when he can't be bothered to accept them or says 'not the right time'. Avoid at all costs!

Dont even want to give it 1 star. The man is rude and arrogant. They decide when they want to take your parcels and just tell you to go away and come back later. Well mate I'd rather get a bus to colwyn bay then use your shop. If you dont like people why are you a shop owner?????

Refused to let me drop off yodel parcel the size of a shoebox unless i returned the following day after 0900. Whole point of a drop off point in a store is the convenience of dropping off at a convenient time. I went elsewhere and advise everyone else to do the same. Don't give this store any business

Never had such poor customer service in my life ! Absolutely shocking ! I’ve had to redirect and stop getting parcels delivered and sent off from this location (Abergele) as the man is every time rude and has been rude to me calling me names and screaming and shouting in front of other customers whilst trying to help this lady with her package as-well as mine and got myself in a screaming match even beforehand has never been particularly friendly or welcoming I would give it 0/5 if I could.

Tried phoning their landline to see if they were still open to pick up a package. No pick up. Went around anyway. The guy there was not exactly friendly as he was too busy talking to someone else on his mobile. Kept saying he couldn't find it, but after a few minutes my package turned up. Hardly a happy customer experience. Wouldn't want to go there again unless I had to. Sort yourselves out people!

Scary place to go
The men are really off with you and have no interest whatsoever. Started using this shop as collection for parcels as its my nearest. I've now had to stop and use the next one I can get to which is Rhyl and I live in Abergele . They just refused a delivery of mine over the weekend. They shouldn't be in business altogether

Be careful, check amount charged if using card. Missus nearly got charged £100 for a bottle of water.

Got scammed 3 times and I am 12 years old owners brother is a phsco not impressed
