first of all they didnt give me my change and the staff are rude NOT impressed i very much preffer the old Co-op

No telephone manners at all. My son lost something in the shop. I rang up & asked question politely. No way to run a business. Manners go a long way. Clearly this guy is only interested in making money in his shop.
