This top shop is great for kids but I remember toyRus being much better.

Friendly staff, great range of stuff. Challenge is finding something out of all on offer!

Just a shame your system's are rubbish you need to get a better one to show online what's in stock in store properly because it said there was 1 in stock but there wasn't and if I dint have a car I wouldn't of been able to get it and most people don't in burnley.

Great store, friendly staff.

Lovely friendly place. The staff have time for the children, and there is always something there (for all budgets) for all children. Even the steps up to the till area are genius. I was in there wih a 3 yr old recently, and he was able to climb the steps up to the counter to hand over the toys to be scanned. Made him feel special and grown up. Little things like this make the place amazing for children.

This shop is pretty big and has a good range of toys, etc. One of the games we bought, we were unable to open the battery compartment. We took it back in and they opened it and gave us complementary batteries.

Reasonable toy selection for the size of the shop. Had the toy I wanted and at a reasonable price. Friendly, helpful staff.

Amazing customer service by a lady called Gemma. Spoke on the phone regarding a couple of products and was the best service I have received in a long time. She helped when I got to the store too!
