I go in there a couple times a week as the staff are very helpful an good too plus it has a wide range of DVDs & blu rays to find & if you can't find what you are looking for in the store then the staff will order your films on the online for you to pick up or deliver to your home 👍

Great shop, I go in every few weeks and almost always take ages to decide what CDs to buy, staff are never pushy with selling to you however if you ask them for help they're more than friendly, good knowledge of stock too. Will definitely keep coming here.

Great little shop. Helpful staff. Went for very specific items and found what I wanted, though nothing obscure! Nice to actually look around a shop instead of ordering online.

The place is always clean and the staff are very accommodating and nice! Good selection of graphic novels, funkos and other collectibles. Oh and they added some trading cards in store.

I called early with friends to see if they would still be open as our train was slow. We went all the way to London and they didn’t have anything. We spoke to I think Nay, he is so nice and friendly to us. Definitely going back. There was also another blonde guy he was so nice. All the staff is great, never had a bad experience there. We all good gifts cards. The stuff we bought came out today. Very happy.

I'm kinda friendly with a couple of the staff and we've had a few nice conversations. 9 times out of 10 they've made me feel alright even if it's just a brief chat whilst I've been paying, and they're really helpful pointing you in the right direction if you need it.

As well as great service, there's an awesome selection of CDs, vinyls, DVDs, Blu-rays, posters, clothes, books, electronics and other kinds of merchandise available, and the atmosphere is usually nice and chilled out.

Different variety of goods from DVD's, graphic novels, music and collectables and the prices are not bad cheaper than most other places.

Staff member instore Sam was very helpful when choosing vinyl player. When i got home some leads were missing I returned to the store not the fault of HMV or the staff. Exchange was quick and all the staff were great. Definitely going back.

Love this place, love the retro range of things you can get from here,loads of proper vinyl aswell,if your after any music you will get it here if not they will order it in, top shop this 😀 ,old school oasis always a winner here

I've always loved HMV and still a loyal monthly customer, just a shame they're closing down left right and center!

I'm a bit old-fashioned that I still buy most of my music and film using physical media. HMV is still one of my go-to shops for such items. I like our little local shop and hope that the company will ride out these current testing times successfully.

HMV is a shop that sells CDs and records at an affordable price, this shop has a very varied range of music that they are selling, ranging from rap to punk to pop and everything in-between. This shop also sells DVDs and funkos. I will be visiting again next time I go to Stevenage.

It's great to have a somewhere to actually be able to psychically buy cds and records and music items...the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable...Great service
