I went to Curry's in Littlehampton and Chichester to track down a printer for a friend. The staff in both stores couldn't have been more helpful. Such a joy not to be patronised because of my age. We'll done to all.

The store near Littlehampton had more items of choice than the Chi branch. Staff member called Jack was on the ball and more than helpful. Went out of his way to answer every query. Such a professional. Currys...... always a go to for the electrical goods. Competitive pricewise too.

Excellent service by gentleman who briefed us HP printers. Returned buy HP 6032e. Got home find a fault in printer case. Back to Currys. Printer replaced. Excellent service. The two people who served us are a credit to the firm. Definitely recommend Currys Littlehampton for service.

Excellent customer service, two days in a row. Thank you Mike and Anthony. My wife and I upgraded our phones and trading them in. Wasn’t an easy order, but they carried out all our requests and answered all our questions thorough and professionally. Walked out feeling we had made the perfect choice. Other staff were also helpful with our twins in store and even brought colouring in goodies for them. Great store!

Popped in last week as my old washing machine broke. I knew what I wanted and could see it was in stock at the store. Got to store and didn't get jumped on by staff (which is a bonus to me). After a short time in the store a very helpful chap, Jack approached us to ask if we needed some help. I showed Jack what I wanted and he quickly found it on his system and went to double check it was in stock. He wasn't gone long at all.
When he got back we needed to go over the paperwork for set up payment. Jack acknowledged that we had our young children with us and offered to find something for them to do (play with computers or put something on one of the TV's) whilst we did the boring paperwork part (which only took about 10 minutes at most).
Once complete, Jack took the machine to our car and helped load it in. They even recycled our old machine for free.
Very efficient and friendly service. We were very impressed with Jack, his persona and awareness of our needs. Well done Jack and thank you. I hope someone at the Currys head office reads this. As it seems it's almost impossible to leave positive feedback on the website.

FINALLY the ordeal is over….. I had purchased a 4 in 1 computer accessory bundle with the added 3 year replacement warranty.

Sadly just after 1 year the mouse developed a fault, now here is where the quest began.
I went online to the Currys web chat service who advised just bring the mouse into a store and they can exchange this but my local store said NO!!! I needed the full bundle to exchange. Off I went home again and thought ok I will just call Currys up to confirm things. After being handed around 5 departments I was told my details don’t match nothing more they can do over.

I took the full bundle to the shop I purchased it at (not local anymore) where the guys didn’t have anything in stock and would be without a mouse for about a week or go try another store. No enthusiasm to help me just can’t do it sorry.

DAY 2
Here is where Littlehampton store came in to the story when I turned up they apologised about the situation and within 10 minutes I was walking out with a replacement bundle. not only did they apologise and were genuine but fixed what 2 other stores and 5 customer service agents could not be bothered to do.

So after a 60 mile round trip finally a happy customer again because of the staff at this store.

Friendly staff good choice was looking for a good dvd player with hdmi connection some don't. Sony £34.

Came in as had a problem with my phone, it wouldnt get any signal. The guy said I could bring my dog in which was very helpful as he was being a pain in my car. He tried to update my phone for me on his WiFi but unfortunately it was taking too long so had to leave, he gave great advice and when I got home the phone updated and sorted itself out. Great service
