Barbour Partner Store, Blackbrook

My partner and I went to pick up a couple of winter coats today and we must say that all of the staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful too. Thank you to all of the staff, especially Richard who showed us the website, went through the petite line with me and then served us at the till. Thank you to you all, have a wonderful Christmas and New Year 🎄☺

We were greeted by an extremely helpful gentleman who tended to us quickly and very professionally. We would definitely recommend the outlet, their stock is large and staff very friendly. Just beware when you exit their car park, it’s a fast road and vision isn’t the best if turning right.

Just left this store with a very happy wife and I have to say how incredibly friendly all the staff are (Laura was simply wonderful, so insightful, product knowledgeable and a massive help). Which nowadays is exceptionally rare. This was a wonderful shopping experience surrounded by beautiful clothing. Thank you all.

After visiting a store at Trentham I was advised to give thins store a call as i was looking for a pair of men’s Barbour Nimbus Ankle Wellington Boots in a size 8. Apple with Maura who confirmed they had a pair in an 8 and the colour I wanted. Arrived and spoke with Mark, who seemed new, yet answered my questions and didn’t try and ‘blag’ me with false answers…. This lad will go far if he carries on with the level of customer service he provided to myself and my wife on Saturday (14th Oct)
It’s a superb store and I was like a kid in a candy store just walking round…. Best of all was the vintage bike on display…. 100% excellent service and makes men more than happy to go back and spend even more money - Well Done!!

Staff are very welcoming and took the time out to calm my tired 4 year old and helped stop her from crying by letting her comfort the shop dog mascot. Both members of staff were very helpful.

Allways nice staff got fixed up again more larger men sizes would be nice . Funny wife always gets fixed up.

Went today to pick a coat for myself and husband picked something and daughter....they were soooo very helpful and friendly thank you 🙂

Assistants were so helpful we ash ked for a certain jackets and the assistant found it for us in both sizes to see which fitted best. Lovely shop most helpful worth a visit .

I visited the store today for the first time and was greeted by Shane who helped me beyond belief searching the store and the stockroom for a specific style of Barbour jacket. He came up with four designs and Abbi then, very patiently, helped me try them all on. Yvonne then joined on with useful style comments until we all agreed on the best one for me. All the team helped on todays visit and make it a successful and very pleasant experience. Many thanks to you all.

My wife loves anything Barbour, hence I always shop here for Christmas & birthday gifts etc. Smart shop, delightfully laid out & well stocked with all designs including women’s, men’s, pet accessories & more. The staff are constantly helpful, polite & knowledgeable on the product without being pushy. Best ‘Barbour’ shop I’ve been in (‘and I’ve been dragged around a few… 😫)
