Incredibly friendly and helpful service - particularly from (I think!) Andy and Dan. They took time to help understand an issue despite knowing it would bring a sale of £2-3! Consistently good on multiple visits.

Superb knowledgeable staff who are approachable and easy to ask for advice and guidance. In a digital age, it's refreshing to encounter genuinely good staff when spending money. Andrew has served me several times and consistently goes the extra mile!

Excellent service. Didn’t have to wait long. My purchases were heavy, they were trolleyed out to my car and loaded up for me without having to ask. Very pleasant and helpful member of staff.

Toolstation HQ had let me down with some poor alerts and I turned up twice to collect an order which was incomplete. The manager was very apologetic but it seemed clear that I would have to come back again. The next morning the remaining product was delivered to my front door. The manager had made no mention of this but must have taken the initiative and arranged the direct delivery at no cost to me. So zero stars for Toolstation's customer alert system but five stars for the service from this branch. Thank you!

Had a list of 11 items to collect, all in stock. Service with a smile, refreshing. Had a chat with both team members, from diesel shortage to covid, it was nice to talk and not be hurried along once payment had been taken 😊.

I just wanted to leave a quick review to thank Toolstation, and in particular the lady that dealt with me, for their fast efficient service this morning (23 Oct 21 @ 09:30), in addition to their prices being very competitive for the items I required. A special mention (without it becoming political!) about their posters in store, which respect choice when it comes to wearing masks and not pressuring people to have to wear them in store. This is the first I've seen and it seems Toolstation are leading the way with anti-discrimination policies. I for one will be supporting them whenever I can moving forwards. Well done Toolstation!

I find this place really good the staff that work there go above and beyond to help you and they make you feel important

Excellent service from Donna. She took the time to understand my question and although she couldn't answer it her self she soon found a college who could. I'll certainly go to this Toolstation again in preference to a large DIY shop where you pay half as much again for a fancy shop but no advice from the staff about their products.

Great selection and competitive prices, quick to serve, click and collect/saved basket no makes things faster. Staff have always been friendly, been helpful if i have had queries/questions. Bonus with later opening times too

Hall Road branch are great. Always polite and helpful. Sadly Head office are the complete opposite. Toolstation be thankful your staff on the ground know what they’re doing, and how to treat customers.

Andrew was super helpful took in a broken clip from my window cleaning resin bottle and sorted me out right away with a brass fitting better then the plastic one that snapped and alot cheaper then other stores. Quaility customer service

Click and collect during covid, staff and store really very well organised to safely trade at this tricky time. Staff meet you at the store entrance ask for your name and what you have ordered. Easy to get goods contact free.

I wich ol toolstatiols would provide a service like this branch, top staff super friendly . The woman whit the long gray hair and the big man WHIT the glasses topppppp toppp topppppp and agin toppppppppp
