I went into Clarins and had Vaios, hope i spelled his name correct, serve me in Clarins, Frasers. He was so friendly and helpful, really helped with my skin care regime and answered any questions I had. Would definitely come back in the future and would definitely recommend!

As usual my visit to Frasers was great, meeting a precious friend at Estee Lauder and having a very impromptu catch-up.

So glad its reopened, almost feels like an airport duty free shop on the 1st floor,

Had a lovely experience today in the Norwich branch when returning an item - I bought my dad a coat which was too small and he went back and swapped it for a larger size.
He didn’t have a receipt as I had kept it by mistake but Anne Marie a helpful assistant allowed him to swap it with the help of her manager.
My dad (Craig) left happy and wanted it to be noted that Anne Marie was extremely helpful and was super impressed by her demeanour and level of customer service.
He didn’t want to tell me he’d swapped it but felt he should as it was such a nice gesture by the store and in particular the staff.
I included his name as he wanted it to be noted that he’d promised to email a positive review as he felt so grateful!

I needed to buy a new suitcase and their were some good bargains to be had. After looking over the stock I chose what seemed to be good value suitcase. The lovely lady serving at the till whose name I sadly didn't get was most helpful offering good advise and being very helpful while I was deciding what to buy.

Unfortunately this particular shop in Norwich is now closing down. It is such a shame as I love shopping here.
I will say there is currently a 50% sale PLUS and extra 20% off for closing down, so worth having a look-see.

I don't recall going in there, but if I had it was a pleasant experience from what I recall seeing it. It wasn't what I was looking for at the time and I can't afford things from shops with high prices, but it was easy to get around, if you're disabled. I was glad to notice they cater to disabled like my husband and I, regardless of disabilities.

Next time, I go in , I will get something for my husband and my sister-friend's here where I reside temporarily.

It's nice to have a wonder without too many people around!

As you'd expect it's a very nice store to peruse that latest in fashion. It's even better when you get a discount off the retail prices. Unlike the internet you can try before you buy and returns are less hassle than buying online. We'll miss all this if the high street retail disappears (like vinal records).

We purchased a pair of quality sunglasses and ladies footwear and were both very impressed at the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The young lady in the sunglasses department could not have been more helpful, even escorting us to the sunglasses hut to have them altered by yet another helpful lady. Buoyed by that experience we continued our shop with ladies footwear where we encountered similar helpfulness with the assistant taking time to check the stock in other stores in the area. Absolutely excellent service and will shop there again without hesitation.

Thank you so very much to Talia and Becky in womenswear...... they were amazing to myself and my daughter. It Was quite a stressful shopping trip for something specific. The time we spent in store with these sales assistants made it easy and swift. Can’t thank you enough. Excellent service! Excellent expertise and knowledge as well. Always smiling and courteous. Very pleased with our purchases!

Absolutely wonderful staff - a member waiting on each level to assist if required. I booked something for collection, and made my way to the top floor - mistakenly went to the wrong till at first but they politely directed me to the right place and offered to help me with what I was carrying at the time. The lady at the collection desk was excellent, friendly and personable rather than robotic. The machine she was using wasn't working properly so she went out of her way to make sure there was no delay despite technology failing us. Definitely made me want to come back!

Really great store. Purchased a second set of gym gear from the men's clearance section (Very large clearance section). I will be returning at a later date to see if there's anything else I could buy. They had a wide range of suits, trousers, t-shirts, shirts, coats, exercise gear and more.

I'm glad this store still open :)

Good place to shop, helpful staff, went there to get a men's jacket for the festive season and the shop didn't disappoint. Prices a bit on the high side but hey, you get what you pay for and Christmas is only once a year.🎄

Love this Store, always visit when in Norwich.. Nice selection of Designer Clothes, so many Colognes at the best prices for large Ml bottles... Friendly Staff&the Ladies on the Fragrance Counters... Beautiful like Models.

Thought I might big up this place as I just recently replaced a wallet I bought from there ten years ago. The wallet itself still had some life in it but I just to be rid of it. I miss it most days, luckily I kept a photo so I could remember what he always looked like. Good bye Teddy b you were good to me

On holiday and went in to buy gift. Met two extremely helpful and friendly staff members at checkout. A credit to the store. Definitely recommended.

Lovely shop, Lu at the clarins counter done my facial, a lovely person and very helpful, Estée Lauder counter was also very nice for helping with foundation. Thank you lu and Estée Lauder!
