A really lovely national store with a very local store feel to it. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store stocks many locally produced products.

A good local shop is one of the cornerstones of a great local community. I am pleased to report that this Co-Op serves the New Costessey community well.

The staff all appear to be local residents, they take care of those of more advanced years and are always smiling and seem happy to help. Read the other reviews and you can see the staff are nearly always praised.

There’s a post office, free parking, its always kept clean and tidy they have some great offers TIP: keep an eye on the posters outside as they often have some good deals (2xpizza and 4xbottles of bud for £5).
I can highly recommend the French stick (bread) as it’s baked on site. . In fact the own brand Co-op stuff is always good value and high quality.
But the best bit is the friendly, professional staff who always go the extra mile for their customers. Kudos to the management team for fostering an environment where the staff are happy and seem to enjoy their work.
You wont find any out of date food or empty shelves as they seem to be continuously restocking and when a queue develops, they rush to help and you get served quickly.
Good selection of beers too.
So it's a firm 10/10 from me. Keep up the good work.

I cannot fault this little co-op. It is a local unsung hero, good range for such a small footprint, fantastic staff (will ALWAYS go the extra mile for customers who need more help) and check out the reduced section; bargains to be had! I'll admit I do not do my weekly shop here but I may as well, as I'm in almost every day lol. Shout out to the Post Office staff too; and don't forget, they don't decide the opening times; the post office do.

The staff are excellent. Always friendly and very helpful. Shelves are occasionally short of some items, but I'm sure that's due to circumstances beyond their control. Perfect mini market if you don't want the stress of going to a large supermarket.

Transformed following the re-fit. Lots of new lines, and always well stocked. Much improved shelving and chiller cabinets. Nice to see more offers, too. The young staff are keen, which makes all the difference. Good parking.

I wanted to use my basket to take my goods to my car. The assistant said I could not as many had been stolen. I had no shopping bag so she helped me to take my goods to the car. Amazing service and much appreciated.

This store on Norwich Road, has been a shining example to other shops on how to operate during Covid-19. Very well controlled access and all the staff have been excellent. Very good level of stock.

Joanne the team manager at the post office counter couldn't have been kinder or more efficient today when I had lots and lots of parcels to send, she made sure other tills opened up and didn't make me feel bad for "holding up the queue". Thanks Joanne!

Nice and friendly staff and a good selection of everyday items. Price is good for a local store and I compare that to Tesco and Sainsbury's. Some items, like tahini and more speciality foods are either have set to find or just a bit too pricey

Great for a top up shop as items are a little more on the expensive side although staff are always friendly and helpful. It's also useful having the post office in the store to service the local area.
