Must say the food counter looked full of delicious goods that I'd have been all over if I didn't have a reservation for that evening at the pilgrim hotel.
In a civilised world every village would have a place like this.
I expect the food should have a 5 star rating but as I didn't get to try any I can only go on the look of it.

Very sophisticated shop, customer service immaculate even in the face of carrot adversity regarding the finding of a slug within the carrot which we understand was not the fault of the store. Lovely lady, well spoken well mannered. 100% recommend 😘

Great place to pick up what you have forgotten to buy at the supermarket! They have a huge selection and a post office in such a small space! It has saved me a few times, (and the environment) when I have forgotten some vital ingredient, and don't have the time to drive all the way into town. They have a bunch of wonderful staff, so helpful and nice, it is always a joy to drop in.

The staff are absolutely great here. Always friendly. They have a great eco friendly area where you can refill soaps and they sell a lot of local produce including absolutely fantastic samosas

Called in here for some sandwiches, snacks and a coffee which was a lovely cup of coffee! Lovely deli counter pork pies and sausage rolls are very good, the lady was so friendly and helpful lovely store, highly recommend here!
