Brought my carpet from here for my bedrooms, landing and stairs last year. Great service, quality and price. Very patient with me also as I changed my mind about what I wanted a few times! I am very happy with the final result and even a year later people comment on how lovely the carpet is!

I had no idea what I wanted when I visited Savills but took a look around their showroom and then asked lots of questions. I was educated with patience and time where the team there explained the positives and negatives for the wooden floor I selected.
I eventually went for LVT as I wanted the same product for the whole ground floor including the kitchen and LVT can be mopped.

They came out to measure up and quickly quoted and were cheaper than some other local companies so we agreed on a delivery date which they stuck to.

I would advise any customer to clear the work area before the installers arrive. I errected a gazebo in the back garden and stored my furiture there temporarily while the works took place. I also ensured that pets were looked after by family because my floor needed levelling with a screed.

The installers arrived on time and were very polite and tidy during the whole install. They kept me updated on progress and I was very pleased with the result.

Initially, Michelle advised me of different makes of flooring and carpets, and gave me lots of samples to bring home, so the selection process was very easy.
I was then offered a very prompt measuring service, followed by an immediate price quote.
Andy really made lots of effort, to accommodate my timescales, and fitting was completed within the allotted time.
Lee the fitter showed great pride in his work, being both tidy, with an immaculate finish.
My furniture was repositioned correctly, and their overall workmanship was second to none.

Just a delight to deal with!

We're new parents and have a small crawling boy, so we were keen to get his room re carpeted. Thoroughly let down by a large carpet retailer in Staines who canceled only two days before installation date. I'd already removed the old carpets in preparation so was a bit stuffed (that's an understatement)

I began a frantic search of smaller local suppliers and came across Savill flooring. Tom and Andy, they were just fantastic - understood my situation and made a stressful time very smooth and easy with realistic time frames and they ensured our choice of carpet was actually in stock!

We had a new carpet selected and installed in only a week. The guys fitting did an excellent job and we're all very pleased!

Pleased with the carpet installation done by Savill Flooring. Tom was professional from start to end. He understood the requirements well, suggested a suitable solution, provided a competitive quote promptly, and ensured the job was completed in a timely manner. During the installation, he resolved a miscommunication with the fitters by coming to site in person within minutes. Adam and Sam, the fitters, completed the job fast. Would highly recommend.
