I popped by yesterday as it was the closest vape shop to me and I am so glad I did. Emily was fantastic, chatty and so welcoming from the moment I walked through the door.
Emily took the time to explain the different varieties of vapes as no one has ever bothered before in other vape shops. I then found the right vape for me and Emily then went and showed me how to set it up right from the basics of how to fit the coil to explaining the different modes.
I had a bad weekend and my Monday was feeling gloomy but after leaving DNA Vape Shop I felt like the spring in my step had come back. Sometimes it's the little interactions that can have a big impact on someone's day. Emily is a huge credit to your shop, I will be back soon no doubt!

I’ve got her down in my phone as the best vape lady! Because she truly is. Such a good atmosphere when you go into the shop, I’ve never known there to be any ‘rudeness or abruptness’. Em is there to help and guide you to getting the device most suitable for you. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing girl that works there. So friendly and helpful. Welcomes everyone with a hi and a smile. Very knowledgeable, helped me with my problem with my vape. Will being going back to get my vape juices. Plus they have a loyalty system which is always a bonus!

Lovely little vape shop, parking spots outside as well. Went in for a couple disposables but left truly impressed with the vast range of flavours and vapes to choose from! Emily was working and met me with great enthusiasm, her customer service is top notch, very friendly and chatty lady! Excellent upseller too, she introduced me to the loyalty cards which I was glad about as I will definitely be coming back after such a pleasant experience. I’m quite a novice when it comes to vaping, so I when I moved to the area I was a bit unsure of which vape shop to try and and which mod upgrade I should go for..... I was recommended this place by my mother in law, and I have to say I wouldn’t look else where! Excellent customer service! Really helpful, I’m quite fussy with flavours, however I’m always having suggestions on new flavours to try based on my current likes! I love my new vape that I was recommended! Would definitely recommend this place 100%

Use to use ye old vape shop in Norwich until I used DNA . Brilliant customer service which means a lot to me great products knowledge great advice really couldn't fault this shop brilliant top drew spot on never go anywhere else again . Thank you and well done

A1 service, always friendly, always knowledgable, but especially during this difficult time of the pandemic; as somebody that has to self-isolate due to health issues, their delivery service has been invaluable and shows proper community spirit. Couldn’t have moved to a more convenient place for me. I used to go to a different vape shop but parking was awful, this is now my go to place. Wayne is always helpful also, will let me know when to come back if my Rainbow candy is out of stock 👍🏻 from me.
