Exceptionally handy "corner shop" convenience store, great opening hours and very reasonable prices (especially for sandwiches and nibbles.) Wide selection of groceries and supplies including fresh, chilled and frozen. Also National Lottery, Paypoint and a Cash Machine.

Absolutely shocking..the shelves are always bare and never nothing in. They seriously need to let someone else run it and give the residents and passers by better custom it’s very well needed. The workers seem very suspicious and hate you making card payments. Not a nice way welcome when you go in.

Nicknamed the "Sparse Shop"

Very rarely has any stock in it. Shelves bare and empty, often person on the till is on the phone, not brilliant customer service.

Poor selection overall, shop is in a poor state with a lack of maintenance. Asked once if I wanted to pay card or cash, chose card, then asked to pay cash because card reader suddenly broke? Other visits they always want "cash". Sounds bit dodgy....

Not particularly cheap either!

Best avoided, other local shops within walking distance.

Whoever does the stocking for the shop should be fired. If it's the owner then it's bizarre that they're actively running their own shop into the ground. Recommend the Londis just over the railway bridge from this shop, always open when it says it will be and they actually bother stocking the place.

This place is terrible in the last year. The shelves are empty. The staff close when they want. I don’t understand why the owner had a shop, when there’s nothing to sell in it and it’s not open when meant to be. Useless now. I walk further to the other shop or drive to Morrisons. I used to spend loads in here when it was properly ran.

Absolutely rubbish never open when they say they do never anything in never restock absolutely nothing in there disgusting worse shop in derby need reporting the owner literally buys stock then waits for it to completely run out till there’s nothing left then restocks at the last minute very strange always moaning about taking card payments seems to want cash all the time little bit suspicious in there

No prices on some items, due to new rules and regs...??? I have to ask for a price.
Min spend on the card £5, if below there's charge. No where to be displayed such information... Why not?
Ignored when I tried to purchase on that £5, Next customer please... "Great" customer service !!!

£5 minimum spend on card....in a pandemic when we are encouraged to use card. Also people rarely use cash nowadays, ridiculous. Need to get with the times and not charge

Nothing on the shelves, practically empty and falsely accused me of stealing because I wanted to go to another shop.
