I really appreciate Ryan's help today with try to help me find my medication which was out of stock. He went out of his way to try and help and just seemed to be genuinely kind. Thank you 🙏

5 stars for the remaining regular staff. They are always polite and helpful. Weekend staff on the shop floor need more customer service training. After asking for something of a sensitive nature, the girl just shouts out "it's over there"! Pharmacy is understaffed and prescriptions are way behind. So you may have to go in to ask for it and wait for it.

Since the pandemic I've come to realise that the two dispensers play a massive part in the pharmacy which I never really thought about as I never had the pleasure of speaking with them. They are both welcoming and always make sure my medication has been ordered and is ready to collect on time.
The new pharmacist is delightful! I hope this team stays as they have really made a huge difference to this store.

the store manager Mandy was so helpful - advised about difficulties in getting medication and put some of curreny stock aside for me whilst I chased my prescription with the GP. Great service

They are always very helpful and usually have what I need, but also telling me when their local rivals, Vitaltone, stock something they don't have.
