Good local shop, staff are pleasant and have most bits you need

Great shop

Gimpleton staff and out of date milk. First time and last time ill go in and the cheeky cnut behind the till followed me around like as if I was trying to steal a bottle of milk. This morning it was off and when I looked at the date it was 3 days passed the use by. Put as much effort into checking your stock as you do following customers around the store and you might actually improve. Then again I suppose there's a reason you work for minimum wage in retail

the cashier challenges and yells at the customers. The cashier with tattoos, a larger posture is so cheeky that he orders an immediate exit from the store, humiliates our person surrounded by other buyers, challenges from the worst as soon as we have to admonish the discounted product has been incurred for any.

If this had minus 5, it still ain't enough, Are the ethics of Morrisons practiced in here? Or is it a progression they carry on treating everyone like they're either a *potential pixx head / shop lifter *and lack customer service where they speak to someone egregiously? Because let's face facts, £ doesn't give a disgusting attitude of a woman the rite to speak to.someone like A DOG! I'd not give this woman( small, bobbed hair? Blonde) a P45, never mind a reference

In need of some training in customer service and the services they provide.
I had a parcel to send through Yodel, which is something I have never done before but trusted the staff would know. I saw no machines round the store so waited in the queue for my turn. The older woman at the till had never even heard of Yodel and kept saying 'are you collecting', and when I said no she kept asking 'what name is it under'. She then told me she had no clue what she was doing and instead of shouting a colleague that does told me to look round the store for someone else and if I don't find one then she will shout someone. I didn't find anyone so she eventually called someone else. This other woman then told me to get in the queue and wait my turn, so I told her I had already been in the queue and it is my turn to be served, and I want this parcel sending and the other lady doesn't know how. She the proceeded to shout at this other cashier in a shop full of people about how she does know what to do, with the cashier saying 'it's her fault because she didn't tell me what she wanted' after I had clearly tried to. Then she wouldn't even scan my barcode for the parcel until I handed her the parcel. It took her over 5 minutes to scan my parcel, which she could have started doing while I was getting the parcel out of my bag for her. Honestly shocking to witness and I was in store for about half an hour just to send a parcel. Shocking and I will be going somewhere else in future.

Always bad experience...staff is very very very rude cashier cleaning lady n everybody doesnt deserve to be here...very very very bad staff
