Carphone Warehouse within Currys PC World

02/10/22 @ around 2.30pm Excellent service today from Matt who helped me to upgrade my mobile phone contract. Great knowledge, very easy to approach and speak with. Brilliant mannerismsnot easy to find service like this these days. Thank you Matt 😊

Having read the reviews on line I was a bit sceptical about visiting this Carphone warehouse but all I can say is that I was given excellent service and advise by Matt.

Jordan was extremely helpful would definitely recommend asking for him if you go in store.

Large outlet also has PC World i side, usually a few staff to help. Upper floor with kitchen appliances.

Has all the new phones

Absolutely disgusting and helpless customer service. Rude,arrogant, aggressive and not professional at all. Both employees who work in Taunton Currys store are interested only in selling and profits, when coming to any complains about THEIR OWN mistakes, they wash their hands of the problem, they don't take any responsibility for what they are doing/selling and they loudly confirmed this fact at front of me and other customers around in very confrontational way. What a shame Carphone Warehouse. You should invest in a proper training or employ qualified staff. I end up with not existing mobile contract and monthly payments for it including payment for a phone handset which was never given to me. I don't even have a mobile number to be able to complain directly with a mobile provider. Be careful when dealing with them. I would give them a BIG 0 or NEGATIVE MARK, if it would be possible.

Ordered and paid for an iPhone 11. Still waiting 1 week later for its delivery. Multiple phone calls to customer service and 2 visits back to the store. They are only interested in the sale, not interested in anything else. They wash their hands of you completely. Not fit for purpose. Lack of interest from Ashley, although Ash really engaged.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible customer service from Ashley. Completely disinterested in his job and the customers. Repair tracker said phone was ready for collection, drove 20+ mile round trip to be told it wasn't there (after a twenty minute wait, some of which was him having a chat with an ex-colleague). Someone's personal customer info left on the screen in clear view when he left. Had to prompt him to take a contact number (which he scribbled down on a scrap of paper, in front of the computer), didn't take a name with the number either. Tried calling the store the next day and got no answer after a long wait. Utterly appalling service from this store.

Crap. Don't answer the phone. Been ringing for over 2 hours today. Central customer services won't help..i need to speak to the store who sold me the product despite telling them the phone does not get answered.. Shame on you carphone warehouse. Disgusting customer service.

Not one staff member offered assistance in the whole 40 minutes i was there, had to ask another customer for advice as i was looking to buy 3 new phone for family.just stand around in a group chatting away..you employ youngsters and this is the service you get, or not in this case.

Need to work on the art of picking up the phone, ironic considering they sell them😂
