I recently had the opportunity to visit Curry's in Stafford for the purpose of purchasing a new television with my mother-in-law. Our experience at this store was not just satisfactory, but remarkably delightful, distinguishing itself starkly from a prior, less pleasant visit to Festival Park.

Firstly, the ambience of Curry's Stafford set a welcoming tone from the moment we stepped in. The store layout was thoughtfully organized, making it easy to navigate through various sections. This user-friendly environment significantly enhanced our shopping experience.

The highlight of our visit was the exceptional customer service we received, particularly from an employee named Cam. Cam was not only knowledgeable about the range of products but also showed a genuine interest in understanding our needs and preferences. He expertly guided us through the different models of televisions, paying close attention to the features we were looking for.

This is our local, large store. A large range of technical and electronic items including tvs etc During the run up to Christmas we purchased a Console controller. Jack a friendly store operative, explained differences between different types and brought the one most suitable. Since Jack served us a second time and it's nice to be remembered. I do prefer face to face purchases than on line.
The second issue again.put us a position we didn't know exactly what we did need. 👀🤣... he listened to out issue and suggested that would rectify. I trusted him and he was right. So all good..no complaints. Qas was clean and staff seemed happy helping customers. A nice atmosphere. 10/10.

Ordered dishwasher on Sunday at 4pm. Item arrived the day after at 9 am!! Delivery guys were first class, with updates on their arrival time, very courteous, friendly & mindful of both the item & property. Well done Currys.

Thank you so much to the curry's know how guy. I was asking some questions about rural Internet and he was super helpful. The solution he suggested was 100 percent spot on and had worked. Saved me a lot of stress! I wanted to leave a review as he went out his way to help me and I really appreciated it!

I went in to pick up a click and collect. The girl behind the till was super polite, friendly and helpful. Superb customer service.

Called today primarily for just some advice was greeted by a young smiley assistant associate shop floor lady called Sam. She was so polite had a sense of humour and went out of her way to help assist and was a pleasure to see. Here’s to Sam having a great Xmas and needs a big pat on the back.

Served by Chris today at Stafford. A pleasure. Much. better than the youngsters who have no idea about customer service. Chris called us ladies( as we are) not GUYS as previously addressed, we are over 70!! Chris went the extra mile and took our purchase to the car. Some staff need training not on product but on customer service!

The man who served us on Wednesday 8th November was amazing he helped us so much with our numerous purchases and gave great advice about buying a cooker, which we originally came to get but left with a TV, shark, fridge freezer and microwave. We will be back for the cooker once everything has been checked ✔

Usually, look online, then off to shop to make sure it's exactly what I am looking for, always works for me, and find the staff at Stafford are so helpful and friendly.

We purchased a new laptop before Christmas the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help me find the one that suited me...😊

I would like to pass on my sincere thanks for the kindness I was shown in the Stafford Branch. My mum sadly passed away yesterday and I was struggling a lot while in the shop. I was taken to sit down and offered tissue and a drink. The young lady in particular was extremely kind to me and I will forever be grateful for the compassion shown to me during this difficult time

Fantastic although we didn't end up getting anything. They were really helpful. Gave good advice and listened to our needs rather than pushing something that wouldn't have been of use. We plan to get it from here just needed more time before buying it.

Ordered something online and collected it in store 20 mins later. Two lovely staff helped lift it into the car. Can't fault the service I've received. Amazing

I bought a tablet here. Nick who served me advised me in which was the most suitable one for me not the most expensive one as he felt it had also that I wouldn't use.
