Sam and Lauren were so helpful when I went in looking for Beef treats for my dog. The hadn’t got what I was looking for but went out of their way to look my item up and try and order me some in. Also they said they may be able to source some from another branch from a visit. They spent time showing products and recommending what my JRT may like. Also I didn’t realise you can return kibble if your dog doesn’t eat it. Great products with exceptional service. Thank you.

Visited a few weeks ago as we’re getting g a new puppy. Jess was exceptionally helpful, guided us through what we needed and the literature given to help was excellent.

Jess was a pleasure to deal with and we will be back to introduce her to our pup and buy more 😁

Lovely store with a good variety of high quality products. Sam, the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were also given lots of helpful leaflets about puppy training and welfare.
Looking forward to going to puppy hour on a Saturday morning, run by the store, to encourage puppy socialization.

We were served by the wonderful Lauren today. She was so helpful and knowledgeable of all the products. It is always a good service at Pets Corner but Lauren went above and beyond to help us to source a harness that we had been looking for for ages. Thank you Lauren.

The shop assistant Sam was extremely helpful. We wanted a Penrose Dinosaur Dog Coat size 41cm which was not in store! Sam said she would contact the warehouse and other stores. I received an email later that day from Sam who advised that the warehouse did not have it in stock. So fingers crossed Sam will be successful from other Pet Corner Stores.

We went into purchase 3 dog beds and we couldn’t decide which size to go for we asked the sales assistant Sam what sizes they had in and were available. Sam was very helpful checking the info and which were online or in store. We left purchasing a large, medium & small with the reassurance that she could get another size if needed. We would recommend the Bridgemere store as they couldn’t be more helpful!

Great fun for Sandor, met some lovely puppies and made friends, love the shop too. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and very helpful, .

We visited the Bridgemere store for a harness as my partner's folk's dog pulls like a train against her already ill-fitting, tatty old collar. It turned out to be bit of a slog, as most of the harnesses didn't fit properly around her chest. Sam however, was on a mission by this time, and she persisted until we found a harness that was both a good fit and comfortable for the dog. We also picked up a lovely new collar, so River left the store looking super-smart!

Many thanks to Sam for dedicating so much time to helping us. She didn't rush us, even though they needed to start closing the store. It was a top-notch customer experience and would recommend this branch of Pets Corner to others in the future.

Never been to a pet shop where the staff are as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products as here! Spoke to Sam about my cockapoo who suffers from allergies and she has helped me in changing her diet and hopefully improving her health. Thank you and be visiting again soon!

Great service from Sam at Pets Corner. Harness and lead advice for our young springer which has helped stop him pulling and he now walks much nicer. Highly recommended!

Store is very welcoming, has an great range of puppy toys, leads and collars. I was impressed by the amount of eco friendly products which is very important to me.
Staff were very friendly and chatty and helped me find items suitable for my new puppy.

We love pets corner! The staff are so friendly and helpful. We've had a harness fitted and a new coat. The shop is filled with great products and it's always got just what we need.

Our experience at the Bridgemere shop was excellent. Sam & Lauren could not have been more helpful and attentive. They went out of their way in helping to find the correct harness for our Golden Retriever- Gunna. They spent a lot of time in ensuring that he had the right harness and that it fitted properly.
They were also very helpful in suggesting food for his condition.
It was good old fashioned service with a smile, much appreciated. They should be rewarded for their work, they are a real asset to the company. We shall certainly return and tell our friends how good the experience was.

We visited the store at bridgemere garden centre in Nantwich today and was served by Sam who was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!!

A pleasure to visit the store. Very devoted staff and knowledge about animals. Great to try samples before buying and if not suitable will take it back, how good is that. Our dogs love the pick and mix biscuits and are always welcome in the store.

Just to say on the two occasions I have been to Pets Corner the staff have been superb. Sam today was so helpful in helping me find the best food for my super sensitive poodle’s tum, a brand I have never heard of-, McAdams. Pup loves it and no food intolerance so far. Thank You

I always have a wonderful experience when shopping at pet corner in Bridgemere , the staff are always helpful and friendly , especially one staff member Sam I always find myself talking to not just about different treats or foods for my dog but about other things too I try not to keep her too long since she has other customers too.
It's wonderful to have someone help you find something you need and also be able to feel comfortable and have a little chat with them because it not only makes my day but I think it makes the staff's day too to be able to have a little chat with there customers.

The staff are always so happy and friendly.Give you helping advice if you need it and leave you to look around at your own pace.All dogs are welcome and the staff also makes fuss of them too.

My wife recently went into your Bridgemere store for advice regarding our 7 year old cat Luca. We have nothing but praise for Sam and Faith, Sam especially went out of her way to research our questions and email us with her findings. Such fantastic customer care your company is very lucky to have her!
