Toolstation Bromley

Purchased an item from these guys recently, they had what I needed in stock at the right price and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Got served by the new boy who was just finding his feet with the system, but his customer service skills were spot on.. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Not sure where to start…. Jodie and the team have got customer service down to a fine art! Really pleasant experience! Very inviting and picked my order in record time! I will only be using Bromley from now on. 👏🏼

Pleasantly surprised after popping in for some cable and a pack of clips - I found out that I could buy car parts including bulbs and ad blue (both of which I needed)!
Jodie and Tye were really helpful, with good knowledge and advise. Will be coming back very soon. Thank you.

I got a few bits to finish a job in Bromley. I’ve used many tool station branches over the years but this is the best store by far. Such a polite and accommodating team. Jodie in particular was incredibly helpful. Well done that man! 👏🏼

Brilliantly run store everything well maintained and presented. Second to this the manager Jodie was so helpful warm and friendly. Will definitely be returning for any hardware needs.

Although in and out in a couple of minutes Jodie, Emma & Louise were very friendly. Real pleasure I'll definitely be coming back.
