Small but well stocked convenience store. Car park across the road. Not in the Co-op Group discount and points scheme.

Some of the staff are absolutely ignorant and why they work in customer service is beyond me to be chatting on the head set rather than bothering about customers. Jane and Laura are lovely

Went in to the store on Wednesday. Store in bulkington , person serving was so ignorant towards me , loads of people waiting to be served , didn’t offer any help for packing and when i had paid didn’t even ask if i wanted a receipt. Packing for customers and offering receipts should be standard in any shopping centre.

My wife was trying to get a loaf of bread, the member of staff stood in the way. A sign fell on my wife's head whilst selecting the bread and she accidentally ripped it. My wife gave the member of staff the sign and she was very awkward about it. We went to the till and said it ripped and was told yes you did it. We got offered a bag to cover it and told I had to pay for it as it was our fault. I find the staff in Bulkington coop very ignorant and not polite at all. The member of staff had earphones in talking about you to other members of staff. I find this very rude. I won't be going there again.
