Tesco Extra

I always shop at Tesco's as I find the quality of fruit and veggies there are really good and fresh. I manage to get all my grocery needs at reasonable prices plus get points too so I wouldn't go anywhere else to shop. When I have done my shopping it's nice to have a coffee in the coffee place there.

Not busy at 9am. So easy to get around. They have updated the clothing section and made it less claustrophobic and cluttered. Put wide aisles of homeware and stationery which looks smarter.

Massive Tesco store in Norwich. Clothing and home/bedding sections are huge with plenty of selection compared to the Tesco superstore. My first time visiting a Tesco Extra was impressed with the size of the store.

Cannot go wrong here.
Also my opticians is located at the back of the store...(Visionexpress)...ideal with really helpful staff

Very large store, well stocked, friendly staff, good bakery and fish counter, deli. Also fresh flowers and fab fruit and veg section.
Offers other services like dry cleaners and shoe repair, optician, travel agent.
Ample parking, easy to get to, newly refurbished petrol station.
Long opening hours….basically it has everything! Top marks!

I would normally not write reviews but today my wife and I went into the Tesco Mobile Shop for advice and help regarding our phones which we have both had for sometime now. We are of an age that we struggle we them, but our assistant by the name of "Marshal" came to our rescue. He was excellent, knowledgeable and really pleasant. He explained the best way forward with our telephones, and was able yo identify the root cause of our problems. We both renewed our contracts for a further 2 years. Thanks once again Tesco's and in particular Marshal (Tesco Mobile) for your great service. I hope this review gets back to him and he is congratulated on his service.

Most staff are really very good here... just one or two regular ‘shirkers’ who let the rest of the team down on the self serve, scan as you shop checkouts... however, after my scan as you shop device failed at the end of my shop I was told I had to either start again or go to a till. I went to a till and was served by Amanda 26.4.21 at 19.55. She was absolutely superb and her customer service was totally faultless. Bravo & totally worth a five star review.

Very busy on a Saturday morning. Shelves are stocked with a vast assortment of products including a large selection of gluten-free food.

Really massive shop, you can do dry cleaning inside, vision express is also in here, book a holiday and much more in here too. Large variety of products available, large section of clothing, home and baby wear. Lots of sheets, bedding and textiles also. Any thing you could want really, you can easily loose a few hours here.

Lots of items in this Tesco that I haven't seen in my local Tesco. A busy store

Busy when I went but I only wanted a new photo for my driving licence and didn't actually enter Tesco proper. Decided to use Max Spielmann instead of the photo booth but for £9.99 you get 4 guaranteed acceptable pics all cut out to the correct size and put in a wallet.

Huge parking and fast service

Staff are always extremely helpful and are always happy to assist. The staff that are always scanning in the evening seem to be the best ones to talk to as they always go out of their way to help you out and are extremely friendly.

Lovely staff, always helpful. Just the right size store for me. I can 99%of the time get what I want(haven't been able to get Kenco 2in1 coffee sachets for weeks! Had to resort to Sainsburys!) &be in&out within an hr.

Fantastic staff. I am very thankful to the staff who assisted us this morning when my husband felt unwell.

Myself and my mum visited your store today, my mum has terminal cancer and the weather was not good today, but as we was pushing our trolly to the car in the disabled bay a really fantastic man called and offered his lovely service of putting our shopping in the boot and to take the trolley back aswell !!!! really really lovely man and I think that Tesco should look after people like that, he was freezing....but still he really looked after us, that's the people you need to work up in the company.....really outstanding...well done William...my mum spoke all the way home about you...xx

Plenty of parking including electric charge points a petrol station with a car wash. Usual Tesco shopping with Scan as you shop.They also do deliveries.

One of the largest branches in Norfolk so usually have what you're looking for. No longer open 24 hours though, so check opening hours before you visit (6AM - midnight during the week at the time of writing).

My main shopping store. Good range of stock and reasonable prices.Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great having Shop and Scan - pity that part closes at 9 p.m. though.
