Argos Braintree (Inside Sainsbury's)

My son had an issue with his Xbox so I went in today to get it sorted. I was served by 2 young men, one the manager. They explained I had to contact Microsoft to start the process. Long story short - Microsoft support was dreadful. Argos customer support was superb. Issue sorted. Thank you.

I always buy kit from Argos regularly, this is the Argos I always go to because it's local for me. I love how well kept the place is very clean inside and helpful staff. They have a counter dedicated to jewelry so if your looking for a gift or something else they are there to help. I find the quality of the goods there excellent quality. They have a parking area around the back for Argos customers only. Great place to shop

Amazing staff, they are very helpful and they are smiling .... I had problems with my smart watch and the customer service was excellent, they helped me to cancel my insurance too...i am very happy....I am from abroad, my english is not perfect but they tryed to understand me... I like the customer service they are always keen to answer questions and help you if you have issues with an item. They were very quick to process purchases even during December. I used click and collect from ebay purchases and argos fast track. I also purchased items instore.

Amy was awesome refunded our brand new Epson printer and the ink I bought the day before. Very pleased with the service.

Super staff, they never quibble on returns - long queues disappear quickly, and they are always keen to help. Parking isn't the easiest, but not the biggest issue on the planet

Love buying from Argos, one of the few retailers that won't fob you off if you have a problem undet gtee. This store is difficult to park for, but we would miss it if it ever closed.
