Yesterday I visited the Charlotte Tilbury counter and was assisted by the lovely Gabby! She helped me find the right concealer for me and recommended a foundation for which I was given a free sample to try. She was very busy dealing with other customers at the time but still managed to assist me. Full marks for excellent customer service!

Nina was our server and she couldn’t have done anymore. Nina was very attentive to my children and me too. Faultless food and service on all fronts many thanks again chefs and more so Nina cheers Dave

Enjoyed a delicious surprise birthday cocktail at the Fourth Floor Bar this afternoon! The bartender Moira was so friendly and polite and made my day even more special! :) Will definitely be coming back!!!

Service great and felt very comfortable. Champagne served at creed and skin care sampled. Samples given to try at home before commitment to buy. Easy to get around. From beauty to food and a restaurant. Enjoy going here each time I'm in town. Don't not try there is something for everyone price wise.

Liked this store and the high quality of gifts, food and drink on offer. Great selection of single malt whisky from niche distilleries. Within a beautiful arcade too. Recommended.

I had the delightful opportunity to engage with Indy, a highly knowledgeable professional at the Nars counter in the Harvey Nichols store. Her expertise in finding the perfect foundation match was impressive, and the level of customer service she provided was truly exceptional. Beyond her expertise, Indy's friendly demeanor made the entire experience thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend her assistance for a top-notch and personalized beauty consultation.

Just want to say a big thank you to Harry at the menswear department. He was absolutely lovely today and very accommodating. Had a bit of an issue but he was patient with us. The best customer service😊

I highly recommend Harvey Nichols. I wanted some knowledge of drawing the flick from my eye towards my eyebrow. A lovely lady called Lara approached me, she asked if she could help, and I told her what I wanted as I have a model shoot in Manchester next week.
After she did it, I was very happy with it and asked if I could leave a tip to show my appreciation, but she said I couldn't. I think maybe tips should be allowed for the beauticians

Just visited the Dior counter and was served by Zena - she was absolutely fantastic! Great advice and service and went though all the products and her expertise on the perfumes was so helpful! And then to top it off Ayesha engraved everything beautifully and was so friendly! Great service and honest ppl!

Went here and their was a big sale last week. I passed on a Valentino purse on sale however I did buy Burberry Jack sneakers. They had so many nice high end brands and I didn’t have to be in London. Nice location with many stores surrounding this store. Great employees here

The Restaurant On The Fourth Floor Is A Wonderful Dining Experience,The Staff Are Friendly And Attentive To Your Dietary Needs And The Plant Based Menu Offers A Small Though Excellent Choice Of Highest Quality As One Might Expect.
Overall My Dining Experience Was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Boarderline 11

Had gone chrismas shopping. Bought a really large hamper and other bits. Instead of us taking them with us. They aloud us to keep them there till we had finished. And picked up at the end of the day. All gifts was lovely gift wrapped. The young man was very friendly and helpful

Great place for a cocktail as a special treat great service and went the extra mile for a birthday celebration. Try the caramel martini if you like something sweet or the espresso martini for their go to best buy drink!

Great store. Lady at the Tom Ford counter was very helpful regarding mens fragrances. Staff are all knowledgeable and happy to help. Will visit again.

Service at the Dior counter is impeccable, specifically from Lynn. She is amazing and goes above and beyond - loved my shopping experience with her and will definitely be back.

I purchased an article on the first floor which was beautifully wrapped and then I purchased from your food and wine floor where a young blonde girl needs recognition as an asset to your company as not only was she smiley and helpful, she went out of her way to get a larger bag for me to protect my smaller purchase so it didn’t get wet outside as I explained it was a present, so well done to her and I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but very petite with long blonde hair….and I would just like to thank her so much for her kindness 😊

I bought a gift voucher for a work colleague and the store assistant put some perfume samples in the bag, which I thought was a nice touch. Beautiful store with very nice merchandise 😁
