You would struggle to find any more friendly & informative staff anywhere , the dog is friendly as well . The shop itself had a wide variety of goods & my wife & myself will definitely be using them again .

Staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Also very impressed with how they stayed open and safe during the lockdown. If they don't have what you need they won't hesitate to order it in for you. Fab place!

great service, reasonable prices and good to keep local businesses in use. I've compared their prices to mainstream pet shops and they are competitive and sometimes even cheaper.
The range is focused on horses etc but the cat and dog range isn't bad!

Just had my daughter Milly fitted for her first riding hat. Lovely Zoe helped us. Will definitely be back to get my chicken food etc. Staff are really friendly.

This was a return visit, (being very pleased with my jockey skull hat - fitted by the Ark staff) for a body protector. Lisa was thorough, informative, kind and helpful. Confidence giving. Having ridden for years I decided I should purchase a back protector. I have always been put off imagining these to be an uncomfortable and restrictive nuisance. Fitting took about 15 mins and I am surprised how comfortable it is. Other tack items they didn’t have in stock they happily ordered for me. I’ll definitely be returning even though it’s quite a drive for me.

Vast array of stock, we buy in bulk for our Hens and Rabbits. Staff are always ready to help and offer their personal advice. The chap who always offers to carry sacks to our car one of their greatest assets! Shop is well stocked and the feed sacks, hay etc is all in adjoined separate barn! Very good for horse owners. Leaving Fulbourn village towards Balsham, it's the 2nd rise before A11. Sign on left, yank on your brakes - plenty of parking.
