Friendly staff and good British products.

Well laid out shop with good selection of products and helpful staff. I bought a selection of ready meals for my elderly mother. She was impressed with the choices available and the quality of the meals. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. I'd shop here again.

Wow the customer service here is beyond anywhere else I've shopped. Did a full shop, the staff couldn't have been more helpful (Lisa and Melissa) both lovely ladies were so friendly, tried to help me with my shop, got boxes and even treated me to a bottle of staropramen for free!

Love Waitrose, amazing food and honestly with staff like that will always bring me back to shop again.

Other supermarkets should learn.

Two visits in two days.... always a joy! An optimum-sized store stocking everything I need, plus tempting new things to try! Add to that the free parking, approachable and helpful staff and a no-quibble replacement for a leaking facial oil on latest visit.... no complaints whatsoever. I'll be back! 🙂

Lovely food and drink and a good range. Clean and clear with excellent Covid 19 measures. Staff are very professional and helpful, especially Lorraine. Good reductions late eve. A very calm place to shop. Good parking.

Feel much safer and relaxed shopping here. They don't let too many people in store at once, nice wide aisles, helpful staff. Produce is always top quality too. Can't really afford to shop here but not spending money on much else at the moment so why not!

The perfect size of supermarket - large enough to have a very good selection but not too lage to make it difficult to find anything. Service, as always with Waitrose is excellent and good quality could not be better.

Toilets are outside. It's an easy place to shop and find what you are looking for.

It's an easy store to access although parking is limited at certain hours. They always have a great selection of fresh fruits, vegetables and sushi. Waitrose Ampthill offers reasonably priced foodstuffs and its our local supermarket. Aside from the odd bit we buy from M&S food halls which is only a mile away, frankly speaking we dont often use other stores.

Beautiful tulips for sale. The lady on Customer Service desk firstly dealt with some stroppy wannabe then beautifully wrapped up 2 bunches of fresh tulips for me with a smile! Exceeds expectations. Thank you. X

Nice little Waitrose, staff all really lovely and a great selection of ice cream so I was happy.

A great little store packed with lots of energy from the friendly staff. Parking can be fun depending upon your visit time.

Spacious isles, very polite staff, all wearing their masks correctly when speaking to me. I wondered why the pre packed meat range.was small

A great place to shop the staff really care and are very helpful , Nota big store so not all products in the store but enough fora regular shop with some new foodstuffs to keep you interested.

Good parking. Hand sanitisers at entrance and exit. No queueing this afternoon. Got all my shopping. Lovely clean shop and helpful, friendly staff. Shop here frequently.

Had a wonderful experience today with the staff at Waitrose in Ampthill
They were so kind to my disabled Gran daughter that it brought a tear to my eye. So very much appreciated and very unexpected Thank you.
