Lovely shop with great selection of fabulous Hobbs clothes. A lovely sales advisor called Mel helped me choose clothes for an upcoming Christmas party - so helpful and friendly, just what I needed, I had no idea what to buy! Very much recommended.

Louise ( store manager) was fantastic, went the extra mile to help me find a present for my wife. Great advice and customer service. Many thanks.

Picture a hot humid day in Cambridge and trying to find a dress for my son’s graduation, in the changing rooms, hot and bothered (absolutely melting!), trying on dress after dress and then along came the wonderfully helpful Egle and her personal handheld fan, which she leant me. She then went off around the store to find some dresses she knew would suit and my word, the first one, absolutely perfect! Amazing service Egle, you were so helpful and made our shopping trip to your store an absolute pleasure. Thank you!!

I have been in this shop for me to find a dress for a wedding, the ladies were all great, was undecided on which dress to try, and the lovely manager elga helped me choose some dresses I probably wouldn’t of picked myself, she was so lovely and very helpful and also gave me various options, and also took pictures of me in various outfits, still unsure when I left, but went back a few days later and brought the dress she helped me pick in the first place! Much to Elgas delight!

And then today I took my friend in for a dress / outfit, and again elga was so helpful and we even had a coffee and some sweets that was given to us! Anyway the customer service was amazing and the ladies couldnt do enough for us! I posted this review some 8 months ago and during another excellent visit today my wife received an excellent recommendation for trousers. I can only reiterate what I said previously.
My wife loves Hobbs. There is a good choice of styles and the quality is excellent. The Cambridge staff are all friendly and helpful but Louise in particular seems to know what my wife likes and helps enormously. This shop is highly recommended.

What fantastic customer service. I had the lovely Ramha help me choose a wedding outfit....Ramha managed to get the perfect outfit so much so I came back the following weekend to see her again for another outfit that I had fallen in love with. They turned what would of typically been a nerve wracking experience into something that was enjoyable and made me feel fabulous in my new outfits.

I could not have asked for a better shopping experience than my recent visit to Hobbs Cambridge store. The two stylists Egle and Louise were wonderful, knowledgeable and quickly put a beautiful outfit together for me when I had all but given up shopping and searching for the right thing!

Last weekend I visited the Cambridge store for a new coat and was served by lovely Egla who spent time with me until I picked the perfect one and helped match a handbag too!

Went in to collect a skirt I had ordered, however it didn’t fit. So Julie wanted to understand my purchase reasons. She then helped me to find a new skirt for my needs. She was so helpful and went above and beyond what was expected of her. She helped me to buy a complete new wardrobe of work wear. Also suggestions for the extras I needed to complete my looks from other stores. It was an absolute delight shopping there and I will be back to keep adding to my wardrobe each season! Thank you.

My wife was looking for an outfit for her eldest son’s wedding next year and Louise was very helpful indeed, making sure that my wife had a balanced opinion on her choices. Also made sure we got a discount on the dress chosen. Thank you again we shall return!

This Hobbs store always has a good selection of stock with great customer service. I popped in at the weekend with my two children and the Store Manager Louise kept an eye on them whilst I tried on half the shop. Louise was super helpful, looking for extra sizes and going above and beyond.

The shop assistants, Louise, Mel and Simi were all extremely helpful and efficient last week when I was ordering with click and collect (as none available in the shop) a pair of long brown boots. Excellent service as there was a problem with the zip on one of the boots and it was very straight forward to exchange it. A new pair was ordered from another shop and within 24 hours I had my boots. Very friendly staff and excellent communication skills: Mel called to let me know the boots had arrived.

Fantastic shopping experience at the Cambridge store last week. With the help of Egle I was able to find a dress for my niece’s wedding that I had not spotted on my own. It’s the first time I have shopped at Hobbs but it won’t be the last! Thanks again Egle.

I went in (with hubby) with such a stressed frown as felt it was hopeless to find an outfit for daughters wedding
Egli took one look at me and took me under her wing. She picked out several outfits, placed me in a changing room and I changed into the 1st dress, the the 2nd, then the 3rd etc
Dress number 2 was the one - she picked out a bag, fascinator and shoes and jacket and a glass of bibbly bubbly for hubby and I

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Louise for going the extra mile in helping me to choose an outfit for an upcoming event. Louise found me the perfect fit in trousers, jacket, top and shoes and steamed the items for me so they were not creased. I have not experienced this level of high quality service in a long time

Visited the Cambridge store today and was met with a lovely lady called Louise, unfortunately the dress I was looking for was not available in store, to say Louise went above and beyond is an understatement, and made the necessary action to locate me one of the Aerielle? Navy and pink fit and flare dresses, I am over the moon and looking forward to receiving the dress in the next few days.

I am regular customer at Hobbs Cambridge. I would like to thank especially for his patience and efficiency in delaying with my issue today. Highly recommend Hobbs for their excellent Staff like Drew.
