Lush Cosmetics Cambridge

My daughter has just had her 9th birthday party at Lush Cambridge and it was absolutely brilliant. Making their own gift bags, playing games, including launching shower jellies down the store. Everyone said it was the best party ever. Thank you Rachel and Sajedha you made it very special. I think they will all be back for the lip scrubs!!

My Daughter recently had her 10th birthday at Lush, Cambridge with Mia and Saff hosting a wonderful party. Everyone had so much fun. The staff were so attentive and welcoming. Highly recommended for a truly special and magical experience. Good times and memories!!

She has shown me the best products suitable for my skin care routine and after a detailed consultation we found the right products for me! Simran attended to me, she was amazing. She helped me to get all the good stuff. I got sticky dates body lotion and oudhess shower gel on her recommendation and I am in love.

Visited the Cambridge branch today and was very impressed with the level of attentiveness from Chloe
Chloe explained in detail what ingredients were in the items, how to use them and showed a genuine interest in what I had to say. She offered myself and my friend samples of the eye cream and the CBD shower gel saying she understood how important it was to ‘try before you buy’
I didn’t feel pressure to purchase anything

I had a consultation with Mia before I went travelling about the best products to take away with me. She was amazing, so thorough and I learnt a lot about my skin! I have ended up buying the products since being away, and absolutely love them. I highly recommend this store and in specific, Mia.

I have endometriosis and was having a flare up/pain day so wanted a really nice bath. Super indecisive, eventually settled on a dragons egg- and got given a free Mr Brightside to boot! Absolutely made my week :) And seems to have settled the pain down as well! Wish I could give names, sorry! … but thank you so much x

I got great advice from Saff in the store yesterday. I was looking to find a new face moisturiser and she helped me work out which one might suit me best, even though I'm not very good at describing what I want from skincare products. She also helped me work out the different functions of the suncreams. It's a well-stocked store with great staff.

Great stop if you’re in town and have kids with you. The staff are brilliant with the little ones! Last time we visited Molly really made our visit special - letting the children watch some bath bombs in action and even gave us some freebies.

Had the loveliest chat with Chloe this afternoon. She helped me find the exact cleanser routine for my skin and we had the best conversation. I always have a great customer experience at Lush but Chloe really made it extra special and memorable for me today.

We had a wonderful time at Lush today! Molly was really helpful and took time to show us some of the colourful bath bombs.

She also engaged with my daughter really well and and allowed her to see how the bath bombs worked in water. My daughter had a great time playing with the bubbles and the sparkly water. 😊

Molly then told us about the ‘make-your-own-bath-bomb’ offer that was available with a purchase of Charity Pot and we had a great time making our own!

Had the honour of meeting lovely molly today! She was so sweet and kind, we had a conversation about the shower jellies as I’ve sadly been advised against baths due to pregnancy. She was so understanding and was advising me with amazing shower products still just as good as the bath bombs (which I did purchase). Molly made me feel so welcome and she deserves the best employee ever award!

I was helped by Jen to choose a face mask which were suitable for my skin - she suggested a few and explained their benefits. She was super patient answering my questions and overall just lovely! JT was also lovely at checkout and enabled me to leave a review for Jen when I mentioned how lovely the experience had been. I find that Lush can be a really overwhelming place, so I’m very thankful for the help today!

I got served by the lovely Sarah to find some hair products on my birthday. She really went above and beyond to find the right products for me and my hair type, even getting a second opinion where necessary to make sure I was choosing the right products. Couldn’t fault her customer service. Made my first time trying lush products a great time, thank you Sarah. Will definitely be coming back.

Best place for handmade cosmetics. All of lush's range is veggie, vegan and cruelty free 👌😁 They even make sustainable toothpaste tabs!! All of the products are made in Poole in Dorset ✨🎉
