I would like to leave a Thank you note to the gentleman(I believe that he’s the Manager/In-charge of this branch) for long time.
The shop is always clean and well-organised. Staffs always take initiative to help.
The Manager is always thoughtful and sensitive to help with kind words.
We saw so many shops are closing! Please keep this branch and the team deserve much more. Blessings!

After having issues with an online order I came into store where I was helped by Grant and just wanted to leave a review about the fantastic customer service I received from him. He was very friendly and helpful with sorting my issue out, putting me at ease before my holiday. A great guy & great asset to your company!

Just been to this store. I have to say the staff made me feel really relaxed and made the experience enjoyable (I am not a big fan of shopping normally). Came out very happy with 2 new coats in the sale!

I’m a big fan of the franchise but the Cambs store is great. It’s small and quirky (very Cambridge) and the staff are super friendly.

It’s kinda pricey but the quality is high so their clothes do last. Their t-shirts may actually be the softest t-shirts around.

A big thank you to Veronica for saving a Waybury Jacket for me in your store on Saturday and having it sent to Bury st Edmunds store for me to collect today Sunday.

It was the only one left in my size and got it half price in the sale.
