Marks and Spencer

I visited the store today to buy a new pair of boots and was kindly helped by an assistant called Eva.
I never asked for help but she could see I was struggling and kindly offered to helped me. After going to the till to purchase the boots, I notice she had a very difficult and rude customer in front of her. Congratulations Eva you dealt with her with professionalism and patience.
Great customer service all round !

Excellent service from the lingerie department, special mention to Charlotte. I went in for a bra fitting, my first one in years and Charlotte made the experience very comfortable and went above and beyond to find me bras that fitted well. She really put my worries at ease and gave me soo much information on how to find the perfect fit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be back :)

went into the shop to purchase a gift for my friend who’s pregnant as well as myself at the moment. was served by russell at the tills, he was absolutely exceptional with how friendly his customer service was! he asked if the baby items for me, i explained they were for my friend and he congratulated us both on our pregnancies and had a lovely little chat. one of the best experiences i’ve had at a shop in a long while, keep up the amazing work russell!!!

Very good store, well laid out with great quality food and clothing products.

We bought some clothing and enjoyed a lunch in the cafe, just what we expected.

I went to this M&S yesterday (24/02/23) and it was excellent the staff were amazing they were very polite, very respectful. There was one staff in particular named Tyler he was a real gentleman for helping me find different various of foods, he fulfilled my purchase, I was very impressed about all staff in general.

Visited the Cambridge M&S café yesterday and would like to say that I was very impressed with the staff’s “service with a smile “and the constant cleaning regime they had put in place.
Also, we found very helpful, pleasant staff in both the store with the food hall and the other separate store. These are the standards that we appreciate and want to make us return.

You can't beat M&S. Good clothes that are well made, look great and last. When it comes to food, M&S blow the socks off the competition. The cafe is good. Coffee served beats Costa and Starbucks. A great place to come.

Purchasing from the food hall: the ladies on the bakery section were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to package the batch of muffins I bought so they wouldn't get damaged. The baked good are absolutely delicious too :)

The staff were simply great today and one lady in particular helped me as I had lost my purse in-between the 2 marks and Spencer stores and was in a panic, she got a chair so I could sit and check my bags again and went across to the food store and found my purse in the meantime , a customer had handed it in! There are some really good people out there!

Excellent customer service from cashier Richard in the food hall. Very friendly and offered mince pie add ons. Richard should be leading customer service training in this store, he is that good. Thank you Richard you made our day. 👍👏👏👏

Whenever I visit the UK, I make sure I don't miss dropping into M & S. The Cambridge stores are my favourite, although you have to visit two! Women's and children's clothing in one store, menswear and food in the other. I love that they put menswear with the food hall!!

I went into the marks and Spencers cafe and because of a medical problem and I was extremely hot I needed to sit down while my sister queued up. As soon as I sat down a young man came over and offered to clear the tables , he asked if I wanted the table wiped, I said yes and he came back straight away to do it. I asked him if they did a glass of water and he offered to get me one. He was very busy clearing tables and returned asking if I wanted another one as he obviously noticed my empty glass and brought me a second. He was very friendly, kind and efficient. Within a couple of minutes he came back with my sister and a tray full of our lunch which was beyond helpful. So thank Matt for being so lovely and caring. Linda S

Wonderful staff in a great sized store dedicated to women's clothes. Lots to choose from, well set out and not cramped, and a wide range of clothing. Also sells kids school clothes.

Always delightful customer service! Quality products been buying my clothes from here for years. Store is always air conditioned and clean.

Up to the usual high standards. Pleasant staff and well- displayed merchandise. The store feels spacious, airy and clean.

I rather like Marks and Sparks. If you want an orchid, some nice tea or a no frills good quality coat, this is the right place. Beware there are two buildings - one for clothes and one for food. You have to cross the road to get between them.

Excellent customer service. Products great. Sizing is available 90% of the time.
