We've been using Martins for newspaper deliveries since the start of COVID. Excellent service and when we go into the shop to pay for the papers, the staff and manager are really friendly and efficient.

Never had an issue, and I come here to post yodel parcels as it’s only here and duxford across Cambridgeshire 🤣

Just what this village of Cherry Hinton needs. Thank you Martin's for the service you provide. Newspaper delivery is on time and is efficient. All the other little things you sell are useful. Love the bargain chocolate at the counter good choice and l always buy. Keep up the good service with such friendly staff

Ive been going to this store ever since i was a little boy and i tell you what nothing has changed manager is friendly and up for a chat the staff are friendly/kind too so glad they still like that and management still the same thank you for not changing and being awesome

Arrived 4 minutes before the advertised closing time and the lady shut the door in front of us ushering out a customer. Her reason being she waited half an hour. For what I don’t know as it was during the official opening times. Not very good customer service.

Do not waste a journey taking your parcel to them to return or send because they can never be bothered to take them! Always an excuse as to why they cant take it. Please don’t offer a service when you have no intention of actually doing it.
Not only bad customer service the shop has a stale cigarette stench to it. Very inviting….

Really struggle to understand why a shop would offer a service such as Yodel then refuse to take in parcels until next day and so on?

Second time I can’t drop off a parcel, either because they can’t print or because they have not enough space. Why do you accept providing a service when you have no capacity to do so?

Rude stuff , most have a chip on their shoulder . Need training in customer service. Don't offer a service such as yodel if you can't handle dealing with the parcels!!!

I don't know what to say. I have only used Yodel post service at this shop 4 times and every single time they were not able to print label in store for whatever reason(s). 4 out of 4 times I have to visit the shop multiple times to see if I have the luck with their in store label printing...

What awful customer service, I can honestly say that I've had the unfortunate need to go in there a couple of times and other than it stinking of stale cigarettes the service is just shocking! unfortunately you can't give less than 1 star

Not impressed. Martin's is listed as a parcel dropoff point where you can print a label - not true. I had to take my parcel to another collectplus parcel point. Both parties should get htier information updated!
